This is one of the worst functioning apps I’ve ever used. The company basically steals your money. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS. I got the service as a gift and they have charged me 5 times the agreed amount over months and I can’t get them to cancel it. The trainer was nice but scheduling her was impossible.

Extremely disappointed with the service received from this company and this app is trash!!! Be very careful they are scammers who do not advise you when your “trial period” is about to end and will continue to charge your credit card for services they do not intend on fulfilling!!!

App failure, company unresponsive
Trainer was great, but the app and company have been frustrating. Impossible to cancel, poor communication, and billing issues despite only having one session and repeat cancellations from the app/company. The trainers deserve better support from the company. The clients deserve better treatment and clear EFFICIENT, speedy communication. No issue charging my card, but when it comes to communication or resolving issues the response is slow. Trainer was good, but the company/app needs serious improvement in support and accountability.

Scam business
Do not sign up with them, they won’t let you go. All they care is about money. Don’t even care about updating their app, or services.
Broken app
The app rarely works. Pages fail to load, or it forgets your login, or just won’t even open for days on end.
The actual service is meh. I’m ending up paying for 2 months of service I won’t use because I cancelled it one day after the monthly renew.
So this is just like other discount gym scams imo.

Unreasonable Contract Traps & Disappointing Service – I Strongly Recommend Avoiding
I was excited to do something positive for my health and trusted, in good faith, that I was signing up with a company that genuinely wanted to help. But little did I know that my fitness journey would be met with unethical practices and a business model focused more on extracting money than delivering real service.
I was pressured into signing a contract over the phone without a chance to review the terms, misled about cancellation flexibility, and charged for sessions I never agreed to—despite informing them early on that I didn’t want to continue. The service was basic at best, with no customization, last minute cancellation by the trainer and misrepresentation about providing equipments for at home services.
I am now being forced to take the sub par services or pay more than 50% of the contract value as termination fees.
This experience has been deeply disappointing. I urge others to proceed with caution, read every word of the contract very carefully and not fall for the friendly pitch that hides predatory policies underneath. You will be better off avoiding any deals with this business.

Fraud
After attending one training session (which I paid $210 for), husband and I were hit with a nearly $2,000 bill (contractual obligation, alleged). Absurd charge for a single 1-hour session. After our session, we formally canceled and notified Svetness multiple times over the phone, yet they continue to send collection threats and refuse to remove our contact information from their database.

This is crazy, who would use an app that request to manually type in user name and password every time you open it? Lol who designed this app?

Terrible Contract & Extra Charges
I agree with so many others that the corporate office is terrible at support and only enforce the contract rules. I had to stop May 27th, told my trainer, and was charged for two more months on May 28th and on June 28th, over $600 lost. Rose in front line service was kind but had no authority. Emails to upper management went unanswered, phone numbers did not work, “schedule a phone call” feature did not work. When I gave a 1 star review, they made Rose call me for a survey to ask why, unbelievable. The trainer was amazing, so go to Nextdoor or local app to find your great local trainers. It will cost less and no contract.

The app is completely useless, and works terribly. Good luck trying to do anything, and it’s virtually the only way to do anything with the company unless you schedule zoom calls. They need to fix this and make it far more helpful if they want customers to actually feel like theyre getting their money’s worth.

Horrible Company - Less than one star
The trainer is fine but every other part of the business is just horrible. It’s been weeks now and I’m still trying to get out after my original contract expired. They do everything possible to somehow try to keep you under a contract. They tell you to send emails, then ignore the emails. Very unprofessional customer, and they make it hard for you to reach them when under contract.

Not worth it
Don’t waste your time or money. They try to hold you in a contract and nothing is never their fault they will lie and do anything to get you in a contract once they got you. They will quit answering any concerns you have about what they offer you!

Try to register email, says already in system, tried to reset password said email not in system.
