Scam !

After I used the app and traveled back to my country, the app kept deducting from my credit card and when i contacted the customer service asking them to disable my account and refund me. They didn’t do any of my requests

Issue with App for Cdn phone numbers

I have been trying to set up an account for two weeks to rent a bike while in Germany. I have been unable to do so as the system will not generate validation to my Cdn phone number. It appears there may be an issue with the number of digits for Cdn phone numbers. I have contacted support and have had no response (AI issue perhaps?)
Hoping somehow the issue will be resolved!
