Complete waste of time
I downloaded the app and all it said was to download three games to get money. I downloaded all the games and it just sat at that screen for 3 days. I accepted all the cookies and email submissions, but nothing.
Scam app don’t download
This app has been known to be a scam in the get paid to play community. I found out the hard way and lost $100. They waited until I tried to withdraw and banned my account for unknown reasons. I asked them why and they didn’t give me a proper reply. They let you withdraw small amounts to trick you into getting comfortable before pulling the rug out from underneath your feet. DO NOT DOWNLOAD.

At first, I loved it a lot. I played games and got rewards and it was fun. Now, for the last few months, all the games that I pick are not added, it shows That they got notice that it was added but no points, no confirmation and no Swagbucks. it hasn’t added any of my games for at least my games that I have selected from their list. And all the times that I’ve put in a ticket or given them an email they never ever respond and they never ever fix it. Never add this app.

Shady About Crediting Activity
I have been using SB primarily for the games. They are always quick to automatically give you the tiny SB awards. However, I just spent weeks in my downtime working towards level 2000 in Word Search. I completed the goal 2 days before the final day and Swagbucks didn’t give me the credit of 2200+ SBs ($22).
I submitted a claim for the missing credit and have not received an email notification from them that they even received the request, but I have received a ton of other emails since I submitted my claim. So my email is just lost in the ether.
In addition, the surveys seem to be a waste of time. I can spend 5-10 minutes completing a survey only to be declined after giving a ton of time, information, and feedback. They seem to be collecting the info they want and not giving credits, so I’ve stopped doing the them.

I was close to cash out and they suspended my account reached out to customer service and told me I needed to log in to submit a customer help ticket. How ill I do that if account is deactivated seen on Reddit that other people have same issue.
Don’t track games
I have wasted hours playing on games. My game centre tracking is on and they won’t pay me for the levels I passed even with evidence of completion on the pixel game. 1280SB they owe but refuse to pay me. I loaded the yarn loop game. It shows I visited the game but has vanished when I log onto Swagbucks non of my milestones show and u am not wasting anymore time putting effort in when they do not payout

Scamy?
I downloaded it and choose two games off of it, I hit about three to four of the goals on each after a couple days and when I checked back it showed no progress on each game. So they paid out nothing and I can’t just delete the app and retry because it has to be based on the first download.

To be able to SUBMIT A HELO TICKET!! but I CANT. VERIFY. MY. EMAIL!!!! I have tried and tried to fix this and to jo avail. To reach out on literally every platform to be given the same response o go to the help center. That’s sure gonna HELP me when I can’t submit anything nor will it?! O and now the game of the day “traffic busters” that only had select spots available….didn’t register that it downloaded and it’s not tracking. So go somewhere else everyone. I will start posting on all my socials about this company and the fraud and d am this is totally unethical.

Unbelievable i won a great deal of swagbucks and the day i was to be granted them, my account was deactivated and this app has no form of contacting customer service, i was never given a reason as to why my account was deactivated

Not bad if it is an American company.
If I am wrong since I was thinking that wasn’t an American company then I apologize, if I am right then I don’t. Either way really you shouldn’t ask for IDs to sell, you could find other ways to get your money back. Me is like if I really take anything from you- meaning that more than what the scammers once scam me and so on that is more than $400 online, I would pay you back one day in any way I could- like buying some SB without using it and so on. I am currently not in a good state as I am starting to rest now for my weekends so I am tired now, so I write ifs in case I do anything wrong. Also forget to say that you shouldn’t ban me my account as my account was banned again and now I couldn’t access for nonsense.

Fake ID verification
I recently changed my number and I requested it be updated on my Swagbucks account. ID verification is required. No big deal. The problem is when I scan the back of my id, no matter what I do it says the barcode is blurry. I have the iPhone 17 Pro and my pictures are clear as day. I deleted my account.
