Underrated
So I’ve been using Swagbucks for 15 years now I’m the highest level you can be diamonds. I’ve made a lot of substantial money on it done a lot of product testing and a lot of surveys which I really enjoy, but I’ve been trying to contact Swagbucks for over a year now with no response and frankly, I find it ridiculous that you do not have a way to contact somebody and not just A a response from AI that that’s not what I’m looking for I’m looking for a response. You guys need to get on the ball better because I am disappointed with you.

This app is a scam
I never leave reviews, but this time I think this warrant a review. Swag bucks is an absolute scam. You spend all of this time trying to do these surveys, it takes forever to get your gift cards because they don’t offer a direct deposit option and for PayPal you try to link your PayPal account but then if the emails don’t match, they complain about that and they won’t allow you to link your account. Then you try to use your gift card to pay for things, but they’re super picky on what they want to allow you to use your gift card. I’ve put in the Work to do the survey to get the gift card. What does it matter what I spend the gift card on? I’d much rather use a survey site that gets me PayPal or direct deposit for this exact reason I’ve wasted my time for nothing. Do not recommend.

Scam
Awful application. I spent around 3 hours earning the minimum $15 to cash out on PayPal. The second I hit $15 balance, it force logged me out of my account and told me to talk to customer support. I logged back in and my account is disabled? Coincidentally the second I had enough to cash out?
Reward
I don’t recommend getting the Mastercard as I got one used it one time then it was blocked (for my security) I tried to call customer care the longer I was on hold the time kept getting longer. There were 2 calls in front of me initially the wait time was 23 mins after being on hold for almost half an hour it stated 2 calls ahead of you wait time is 59 mins. Would not recommend
