Used to be great - not anymore

I’ve been a user of Tada for rewards for a few years now and have referred 3 people as well. I never had any problems up until this past month or two, it makes me verify my phone number again for verification but I can’t do that when the text won’t come through. I have tried at least ten times. If I can claim the rewards or even utilize the app again, it would be worth a rating of more than one star. As of now it is a useless waste of time.

UPDATE: on 7-18-26 Tada responded to this asking I submit a request for customer service about this issue. It is now 8-16-26 and NO RESPONSE!!! And it is STILL not working!!!
