Terrible Service
When you submit a receipt it tells you off top that it can take up to ten business days to process the receipt; that in itself is ridiculous! Then you’re really In trouble if you need to submit a ticket because it goes through something called bilt labs and you will never hear from anyone. This is the worse couponing/ money saving app

Don’t trust them
I made a purchase with them instead of going through capital one shopping like I normally do because theirs was a few percent more. I didn’t get the cash back so I contacted the support and got less than half of what it was suppose to be. Then a couple months later, they take THAT back too. I use capital one shopping all the time and they usually have way better Cashback too.

I just started using this app but I can tell it will help me save money. It is clear what you need to do whether online shopping or submitting a receipt from an in-store purchase. Very easy to use.
