Don’t trust them
I made a purchase with them instead of going through capital one shopping like I normally do because theirs was a few percent more. I didn’t get the cash back so I contacted the support and got less than half of what it was suppose to be. Then a couple months later, they take THAT back too. I use capital one shopping all the time and they usually have way better Cashback too.

I made a lot of cash back on this app but the past few months it hasn’t been capturing items I have shopped through the app and its annoying to email the customer service which I have had to do 4 times so it’s not worth it to me anymore. It takes more time to do that than the $2-3 I would earn

Issues with Points & Zero Customer Service!
My receipt got rejected for no reason. I submitted it again it then said they needed 10 days to review it. It’s been 3 days now and i will just return the items. It’s just not worth my time and i’ll stop using the app. Totally unimpressed.

I’m new to the app but it appears to be easy to use.
Slowness/not getting paid out
Whenever I submit a receipt it takes multiple days to process then doesn’t even give you points for the correct thing you uploaded. I send in for review then it still dents it even though I double check to make sure I have the correct product. I’ve also redeemed an offer then got back on the app and the same offer is still there and lets me add it..then when I go to redeem it it rejects the offer not letting me use it even though it’s available!!! This app has been nothing but problems since I’ve got it. The only good thing is the payouts are higher it’s just a gamble on whether you’ll get paid for them or not.

This app takes forever to reward points. There are better apps out there. Do not waste your time with this app. I wish I never downloaded it. It’s not user friendly. I’ve submitted receipts a few days ago and I’m still waiting for the Rewards to be in my account..
