The camera is absolutely great to work with but the app is really slow and sometimes it won’t load.
The IOS version of this app is faulty don’t buy the product
On the iOS version of the app if you have motion sensors you can not connect it to a siren . The section on the app that allows this is the modes section on the app the section is missing - it makes the system worthless

New update
Absolutely cr*p update now my alerts are extremely sensitive & go alert when there is nothing there. Was working amazing till this new update. Driving me crazy the beeps & nothing has changed with the view & beeping to thin air. Cr*a update
One year on and still going well
I have had the system for just over one year and very happy with the performance. Battery life no problem with over 3 months life on some cameras and at least 1 month on others. Quality excellent and night quality good. Bit of a delay with voice so not used much otherwise system is better than I expected. Would recommend.

Having had Swann security set up the past 5 years, it’s been a good experience and We would advise anyone that’s looking for a good system to purchase Swann. We had what I thought was a broadband issue, but was in fact the system, and Swann gave us a replacement under its warranty system.

App is slow and crashes, product is worse
I bought a box of 6 x 4k cameras. The quality of the picture is good on the cameras but the software supporting is absolute garbage. The mobile app is slow and crashes. Recent updates to improve performance and stability has made it impossible to use. The system in the box that you log into is terrible to use. They have all these mentions of motion and facial recognition and it’s a nightmare to figure out how to use that; I’ve tried but it doesn’t work. It’s hard to imagine how anyone can get software design and usability for something like this so wrong. I really regret spending thousands on this kit. Avoid if you can, I’m sure there’s better kits out there.
