Swane review
Swane front door camera is good however for some reason I don’t seem to be able to hear it very well when I speak to a visitor through it, it’s very quiet on the outside part they struggle to hear me
Unreliable
I have a 4K camera that goes off when a cat crosses driveway 100 metres away but fails to detect a vehicle coming up drive and filling image.
I also have a 2K camera that goes of when Sun emerges from clouds and changes lighting conditions.
I have tried all setting combinations to no avail.
Don’t waste your money.

Decent cameras. Good quality.
Regret purchasing due to quality of the app.
If I had of used the app prior to buying a full wireless system I wouldn’t have purchased them.
App is slow. Won’t load for me to change detection zones.

No option anywhere on the app to change from SD to HD. There is on iphone version but ipad version there isnt making it useless on ipad.

When do you fix the app so many complaints and they just get ignored expensive camera to ignore all the issues being told in reviews not great customer support and both apps just getting worse with every update get new developers that listen to the complaints and fix what’s being g said stop pretending the app works and not littered with issues

Reliable and non-subscription
Best option if you don’t want to pay for monthly subscription fees. I’ve had it for 10 years now and counting. Only complaint is that you can turn on motion detection notifications for ALL cameras, or NONE. I wish I could turn on notifications for just my inside cameras (when outside camera notifications are on you get notified every time a moth flies in front of a camera, so many that you have to turn notifications off.)

Been using it for years. Worked fine on iPad and iPhone until update 10th August 26. Had to delete and reinstall to fix connection issue

Doesn’t load footage
Utter rubbish. Won’t load video footage. Live works, but can’t get video footage. Pointless, given that’s literally the main reason for having security cameras. They said to “restart” (done), “update” (latest update likely the issue), “uninstall and reinstall” (um, no), or “revert to previous app version” (for real?!). AVOID SWANN! Literally any other option is better.

Great security here in rural vic….a bit slow downloading activity, is only negative.
Live view problems
Live view is very blurry and unable to see good at all after this last update. It was never been this way before. I don’t know why they thought this was a great idea. It’s never been a problem before.
