Absolutely cr*p update now my alerts are extremely sensitive & go alert when there is nothing there. Was working amazing till this new update. Driving me crazy the beeps & nothing has changed with the view & beeping to thin air. Cr*a update

Had my Swann Security Camera for 2 years now. No issues - very happy given the price.
App is slow and crashes, product is worse
I bought a box of 6 x 4k cameras. The quality of the picture is good on the cameras but the software supporting is absolute garbage. The mobile app is slow and crashes. Recent updates to improve performance and stability has made it impossible to use. The system in the box that you log into is terrible to use. They have all these mentions of motion and facial recognition and it’s a nightmare to figure out how to use that; I’ve tried but it doesn’t work. It’s hard to imagine how anyone can get software design and usability for something like this so wrong. I really regret spending thousands on this kit. Avoid if you can, I’m sure there’s better kits out there.
