Bad app good camera system

App unreliable

Since day one, this app has been sporadic at best. Continually crashing, resetting it all the time,when you actually need it doesn’t work. Pitiful. Talk to technical troubleshooting on several occasions. They say it’s just the app needing upgraded. 6 years now ! giving up switching to. Reolink.

All Swann apps are rubbish

No legacy support. I purchased a system that was obsolete a few months later. Spoke to a child who could not understand their equipment had an underlying operating system. She thought I was talking about Windows or something. I hope the company goes bust seeing as it ripped me off.
