Works when it wants

Like the camera and NVR quality, but the app could use improvement. Seems the app interface connects when it wants, and not always consistent. Camera system is accessible via computer more times than the app.

Dont buy doesn’t send alert notifications to app

There are no alerts now on the iphone , waste of time having it if that doesnt work

Can’t connect

Had this app for ages. Worked fine. Now all of a sudden I can’t connect. Says I’m offline. But when I use the older app I can see the cameras just fine. Shambles.

This is the wort experience dealing with an app I have ever had. This camera should be straightforward but the app is ridiculous!
