Payment issues

When I buy the subscription it works for like two days and than says I have to update my information. So basically waste my money. And there is no contact support

Doesn’t work

I have the annual subscription but it only is allowing one swap per day. After that I get an error notice that says payment or subscription issue. Contacted their support. No response.

2 days after I paid, I’m still not able to use the app

Gives back blur but doesn’t show video

Gives back a blurred photo with the face swapped but does not allow to view the video - so consequently it really never proves its quality for the video.
