Liza at Swappin found me a good subleter in no time right before I was traveling. I wouldn’t have been able to sublet my place otherwise. I liked the peace of mind of having a middle man, background check and a contract provided by them. There’s room for growth with the app as they’re just starting but overall it was a great successful experience, and I will keep using it in the future.
