Mic monitoring
Not sure if it’s the app or the headset, but mic monitoring keeps turning itself back on and it’s so annoying
App kinda sucks
Why name it swarm 2 like name it something easy to find. But my biggest complaint is if you haven’t used it in a while and your headset needs an update, they will not let you use the app when your headset is not on the latest version which if you’re in the middle of gaming means you can’t use your headset for 10-15 mins because you have to update it just configure a quick setting

Best headset ever
I bought the stealth 600 gen 3, it has amazing sound all the buttons the volume wheel the mic are all amazing just like the price I got mine for 60 dollars but it’s normally 110 which is definitely worth it. The app is also amazing all the customization I can do for my headset, and if I buy any of there other products I can use them in this app too, turtle beach is THE BEST CHOICE!!!

Love the app and branding
Love the app I have a turtle beach stealth gen 3 and I love it with the app I can use different setting so I can hear better in games like footsteps and other things in different games I love the app and turtle beach brand and u should definitely try it out and if I don’t have any turtle beach product u should definitely get u some and try it out for ur self.

Connectivity issues
Constant issues with connecting the headset, despite it being the “choice” for Xbox. Makes getting a wired headset feel worth it.

I like these headphones for my PlayStation. I’m thinking about getting the 3 gen for my Xbox I like that u can update the the firmware in the headset. Excellent headphones great price.

Headset Disconnects or distorted
Headset randomly disconnects or gets static for audio and mic. Only 5 feet from the receiver. Please fix with an update!!! 06/04/2026
Good Headset
Headset sound is good. Newer version of the 700s disconnect waaaay less, and battery lasts much longer! microwaves and such can cause interference tho. Headset Range is good. Downsides is that all dongles must be plugged in to update firmware which was problematic. And the presets I set in the app sometimes disappear and reappear or I have to reset them.

Stealth pro 2 on ps5. And a £300 Disappointment
App mite be great. But as my pro 2 headset isn’t working properly I wouldn’t know. Audio is 70/30. Right can 70 left can 30. Tried chnging the mix 2 balance it out but now more base come through the right.

Connection headache
Most costly headache. Was able to get through the setup, but I unplug my usb from my PlayStation and charge my headset separately. When plugging back in the usb, I have constant connectivity issues. Everything reads that it is connected, but the usb and headset are not working together. Tried to get support through the app and the app just froze. Not worth it!

A step from previous App but, could be improved. I can’t control Mic Monitoring. It works when it wants. I have no control.

All of the features that this app has and the way you can customise it has really improved my R6 game sense I can hear exactly where people are. There is a whole feature of four footsteps. Definitely recommend.

Absolutely trash it’s showing I need 2 usb transmitters to update the headset when I only got one and the headset audio randomly got muffled

700x Gen3 skipping like I’m moving around the house. I’m sitting right in front under the “headphones” hopefully a fix some time in the future
Bluetooth sucks for headphones
Headphones rarely connect to the Bluetooth or swarm app and causes dozens of bugs not even worth using
