Works BUT
Overall poor. Have used for a few years now (under floor tile - 3 zones) and while it does the basics and as mentioned previously the schedule data e.g. time a temp change takes effect is not accurate. Also it is not clear if the app is the latest version. I’m running 1.6.4 (1640) which I believe is the latest version (as in theory like other apps should update automatically). However I see mention of 1.7.0. What is it??

Only just works
Very poor experience, built many years ago and no updates for over 2 years. Constantly lags. It may be too late for me as I presume this app is proprietary to our controllers but suggest anyone reconsider purchasing this manufacturers controllers and look for alternatives as the app is something you generally use (at least I do) more than the controllers themselves.

Disappointed with Lack of Basic Features
I’m really unhappy with the Swatt app. The schedule keeps switching on by itself, and there’s no option to turn off or change the first event. It’s incredibly frustrating and makes the app almost unusable for what I need. I expected much better stability and control over my settings. Definitely disappointed.

Early days but not looking good
Only had this for two days so far. I spent some time carefully setting up a heating schedule that avoided my peak tariff hours (double the normal rate) only to find it ignoring the schedule and running full on at peak times! The information in the app does not accurately reflect the next switching time/temperature, it seems to read two steps ahead or something. Haven’t seen any data yet on the energy usage but that might be because it needs more time to gather data. It looks like you can only enter a single electricity cost which makes this functionality almost useless - I have four different tariffs depending on time of day. This looks like a beta software release at best. I hope there are some serious updates coming very soon because based on my experience so far this app does not appear fit for purpose.

Pretty good
A good application - far more intuitive and flexible than configuring settings via the wall module but plenty of room to improve the user experience. I personally find having a “start” schedule and no explicit “stop” schedule not very intuitive for something which can chew electricity if left uncontrolled. I’ve assumed that I need to set a followup event to a very low temperature to effectively set a stop event. Google integration would help with centralising visibility of usage, “vacation mode” (/away) and room(/floor) temperature information - I’ve already so many apps for automation that it’s hard to remember to search for this acronym for floor heating control.

Needs updating with better features.
Need to be able to controls zones based on presence at home. Either implement geofence or wifi mac address tracking. Help the planet and customers save on their rising bills.
Not good
Setting temperature with your thumb is horrible. Slightest move jumps from 15 to 25 degrees. Horrible. I hate it.
Unstable.
Crashes almost daily. Won’t open at all now. Needs a bit of work.

I usually don't write reviews but this app really disappoints me. Creating schedules doesn't work, the thermostat does not follow your time inputs.
And when you change the temperature manually you have to wait and make sure that the Thermostat received the command. I have to close and open the app again to make sure it changed the temperature for real.

Works well with no issues. Was a bit worried when saw last update two years ago but it’s been seemless
Limited functionality
App Is overall slow and often won't log me in. Each thermostat have to be in a zone, I would prefer if that would be optional. App displays different data than thermostat itself. You can't see consumption for last 12 months like on thermostat, but only last calendar year, So now only one month, despite thermostat having several more months od data. No way to see prices and written summary, only graphs, from which you are not able to read overall consumption in a glance.
No integration with smart home management centers at all.
This application is very bad and does not feel "Smart" and offers very little advantage besides remote control when you are away.

Works as expected but you're dependent on 3rd party servers and when those are down the app doesn't work.
Does everything it needs to
Very happy with this. Schedule, manaul adjustment, zones and energy usage etc all controlled remotely (and locally) from the phone. Only wish it integrated with apple home.
The app isn’t stable
The app keeps flickering and I cannot access the heat control.
