I’m not able to sign in. I need help because it’s not giving me any option to change password or anything
Terrible needs major work
Can’t get charts to load, super slow, desktop is the same, logs out after two minutes, very inconvenient to trade with. This app needs major work, if someone can please help fix this? no one is responding to my emails.
Worst trading app
I’m giving it two stars for the simple fact of me being able to login and see charts. I usually cannot place a trade without it crashing right after. I also can’t close trades without the app again crashing or not responding. Sway knew this app wasn’t ready and released it anyways. The windows app needs work too as some features do not work correctly all the time. Won’t be using broker at all moving forward.

Please fix the broken keyboard
I love the app. It’s very convenient, but I hate the fact that the keyboard is absolutely broken even on the iPad and iPhone I had to cancel how to trade because I could not modify it because the keyboard was broken. It just kept disappearing.
Not User friendly
Very slow and delayed info. Also bad positioning for the “Close All Trades” button
Loads Slow or not at all
On a few occasions I’ve been in trades and when I go away from the app and come back it doesn’t want to load the chart. Which leads to mismanagement of trades because it loads slow or not at all. Needs MAJOR work done isn’t smooth in the slightest.
Open and Close positions on same page, App always closes after not in use for 3-5 min
The only problem I have is wanting to be able to buy or sell trade and close trade all on the same page…and one thing I can’t stand is when I’m about to place a trade on the app it closes down and have to re put my user name and password back in to trade…I use Trading View for my signals so when I open app to place the trade I have to log back in

Not User friendly
Very slow and delayed info

I love the PC version, but this app keeps loading and not show any charts pretty frequently. I Can’t draw on it either. I have to use another site for charts and draw then place my buy/sell on here. Please fix asap. It’s definitely a deal breaker. Is it just iOS ?
Worst charting app I ever used
Charts aren‘t loading, app keeps crashing, drawings disappear, full of bugs, overall UNUSABLE! Frustrating experience, fix it!
Works sometimes
The app works sometimes. Right now I can place trades but can’t see the candle chart. When are we going to get some updates. And sometimes I’m not able to login
Charts NOT working!
Hey Sway! It is really aggravating that I can watch YouTube videos just fine, I can get on social media just fine, even get on Facebook just fine… but my chart won’t load when it comes to this app on my cellular device. I need you guys to fix the app man, it is messing up my trading! Tremendously.
System glitchy cause you to loose money!!!😡
Sway markets seems to be a good business. But their system is glitchy today I took a trade using their system I wanted to risk $900 I put the trade-in then it calculated my stop loss at $1700. I don’t even have $1700 in the account, needless to say I was over leverage and it took me out before my Trade could work. My Trade did Work!!! I’m waiting to hear back from them to see if they’re gonna pay me my money or my profits either one. The second issue was I took a trade and I was up on the trade. I closed the trade in profit when I checked my account I was down as if the Trade loss. so I went back to find out what was going on. I’m thinking that sway market charts were delayed so when it was in profit I was up and I thought I was getting out at that time but I think the system was delayed and the market had changed. I’m just looking at the screen and making my decisions based on what’s in front of me. I notify them and they wanted to copy of my Trade showing them I was up in profit. Like who make copies of all of their trades before getting out?! Especially to prove you were in profit? I’m not happy with sway markets customer support I mean I’m losing money just on their glitchy systems. I suggest Trade someplace else until they can work out the bugs.
One final comment the design of the system for iOS users is horrible. The sell and buy buttons are at the very bottom of the screen! So you can accidentally enter a trade just trying to swipe up! They really need professionals designing the system not people who places things on the screen in places because it looks nice!

Your guys make this app ever better.
Thumbs up to all work you put in to satisfy your clients. Please keep working on this app it needs more fixes and hopefully in few updates everything will get sorted.

Love Sway Markets and now, with a mobile platform, it’s even better. I would, however, like more control over the charting aspect of the app. I hate having to jump between multiple apps, one for charting and another trading.
It loads a little slow but is very user friendly and looks really good. Can’t wait to see future improvements
