User reviews

This changed everything.

I’ve been in the fitness world since 2018. I’ve taught spin, tried a lot of different HIIT gyms around Denver, and for a long time I thought I knew what “working out” was supposed to feel like. Then postpartum hit… and everything changed.

I tried jumping back into the workouts I thought would be good for me. The fast paced, high intensity stuff and honestly, it just led to injuries. My body wasn’t ready for that, even if mentally I wanted to be. Finding the Sweat Den Strength training app and committing to the BLD program completely shifted things for me. I started with a goal of 3–4 days a week, and now I’m consistently showing up 4–5. Not out of pressure, but because I actually feel good doing it. For the first time, I feel disciplined again.
And in a postpartum season, that feeling is everything.

What stands out the most is how intentional the training is.
It’s not just about getting crushed in a workout. It’s about rebuilding. My pelvic floor feels stronger.
My knees don’t hurt anymore.
I’m lifting heavier than I thought I would at this stage and doing it in a way that actually feels sustainable.
And even though I’m not always in the studio, I still feel so connected to the community. That part surprised me the most. I’ve been to places that leave you completely wrecked and call that “effective.”
But this is different. You’re challenged, yes. You’re sore, yes.
But it’s purposeful. It’s structured. It’s building you back up, not breaking you down.

For me, this feels like a new chapter.
Not rushing back into who I was before… but becoming stronger in a completely different way. The Strength Training App did that. 👏🏼

The very best training app

Sweat Den is a training app for every body in every season. Kelsey and Ross program for real people and film their workouts live in their studio with real people. They offer modifications, real time feedback, and the kind of encouragement you need to keep showing up and doing the work. I can’t say enough great things about this training app, I’m so grateful they continue to offer this experience online, it’s truly one of a kind.

Enthusiastically Recommend

This subscription is so inclusive! I love the weekly (ish) check-in emails, that new workouts have been added regularly, and that the vibe is so supportive. The format is easy to follow and I love that I can cast to my TV. I’m not local, but love Ross and Kelsey from other platforms, and it is easily worth $20/month! My only feedback (hence four and not five stars): it has been hard to hear the instructor over the studio music (🔥 playlist, tho) so I lose form cues and prompts. I have no idea if this can be corrected during editing, but if not, is not a deal breaker. Keep bringing the fresh content, motivation, and positive vibes- this Californian will be happy!

Highly recommend SD Strength Training

I’m a die-hard Sweat Den fan! Whenever possible, I make it a priority to get into the studio—the energy, the community, and the vibe always motivate me to give it my all. But as a single mom with two very active boys, getting there in person isn’t always realistic.

That’s where the Sweat Den Training App has been an absolute lifesaver this summer. It’s incredibly user-friendly and offers a wide variety of workouts that fit perfectly into my unpredictable schedule. Whether I have 15 minutes or an hour, there’s always something that works for me.

No matter where I am—in the studio or at home—there are truly no excuses. I can always make it to my mat. Highly recommend to anyone juggling a busy life but still wanting to show up for themselves!
