A great experience with Sweatchi!
I’ve had a really positive experience with Sweatchi! I was never someone who worked out regularly, but the workouts have helped me build that habit and actually enjoy being active. I also love how easy and practical the recipes are, without making healthy eating feel boring or restrictive. Saachi’s constant motivation and support, along with the lovely community, make the whole journey so much more enjoyable. Really happy to be a part of it! ❤️

Best fitness app i’ve used so far!
The app is very easy to use and navigate through all of its features. The recipes are my favourite part because they are so easy, self explanatory and budget friendly as most of the ingredients are already available in your kitchen.
I love Saachi’s workout videos because it feels as if I am working out with her in real time.
Overall, it has made a very big difference to my health and fitness journey.
Will definitely continue using the app and renew my subscription!

The app helps you gain weight loss mindset which helps losing weight effortless
I’ve been using SweatChi app since February (I’ve taken a yearly membership), and what I love most is that I no longer need five different apps just to work on my health. Calories, water, steps, sleep, workouts, recipes, and even a community to keep me accountable.. everything. it’s all here. And honestly, that makes such a difference when you’re trying to stay consistent with a busy life.
I can follow a strength workout, or choose dancing or yoga on days when that’s what my body needs, especially around my periods. The recipes in the app are actually doable, with ingredients I usually already have at home. There’s AI support too which basically help log meals by calculating macros and log them. Earlier I would get overwhelmed by all the fitness information out there and use different trackers and apps; now I have one place to add it all.
What makes SweatChi special to me, though, is Saachi’s thinking behind it. I worked with her 1-1 before she built the app (around June ‘24 i believe) and lost around 15 lbs then. I originally followed her on instagram because I could relate to her body type and remember thinking, if she can do it, why can’t I? Her approach has always been about getting your mindset right first. Not cutting out everything overnight, but starting with basics like water, steps, sleep, then getting into calorie deficit and then into strength routine you can actually manage. I can see that same approach in the app. Plus monthly calls with the whole community is a pluss!
I’ve gone from 168 lbs to 147 lbs across my journey (took me 2 years), Went it all through my mindset changes I’ve had along the way. Btw I haven’t been consistent every week either. There are weeks when the scale doesn’t move, but for someone who struggled with that for years, the fact that I’m still going is a BIG deal.
That’s what I appreciate most. SweatChi gives me the tools without making me feel like I have to do everything perfectly. I don’t feel like I’m starting over every time I have an off week. I just keep going. And honestly, that’s been the biggest change for me.

Its been 3 months!
Its been 3 months I am with sweatchi, I was following Saachi only for a month on insta when I joined her app and upgraded my subscription from 3 months to 12 months within 5 days of using the app. Was the trust build on too early? I think so yes!! And I have been on my weight-loss journey for 14 yrs now and trusting someone with a month is truly new to me as well. Having tried everything till now available for weight-loss! Why did I believe in her? Because I guess the true authenticity she showcases, the mere passion and the app is built so intentionally. I was just able to quickly connect with it and believe in it. The format of building habits slowly, her guidance around food and the WORKOUTS ohh my god they are super amazing, nothing like the workouts on youtube we usually follow. They are so organised, progress slowly and don’t feel board doing them (because Saachi talks really good) I waited for 3 months to write a review because I wanted to be sure, and this time I am 100% sure that not only I will become fit, I will also gain healthy habits and be part of an amazing community. It is working for me!!
