Sweatscroll Monthly premium access.
Sweatscroll requires users to perform physical exercises like push-ups or squats to unlock distracting apps. This physical barrier replaces willpower-based limits, making it harder to mindlessly scroll and encouraging healthier habits.
Sweatscroll currently supports two main exercises: push-ups and squats. It utilizes an AI-powered rep counter that runs on-device to track your progress for each workout.
Yes, Sweatscroll allows you to block one app or multiple apps that you find distracting. You can customize the unlock duration for each app or group of apps.
No, Sweatscroll is designed to work offline. This means you can use its app blocking and workout features even without an active internet connection.
Sweatscroll offers several auto-renewable subscription plans, including Weekly Premium ($5.99/P7D), Monthly ($9.99/P1M), Yearly Discount ($19.99/P1Y), and Yearly ($34.99/P1Y). All plans offer a 3-day free trial.
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime by going to your Apple ID account settings. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
