Unable to use

I’ve previously not had issues with this app. However, since yesterday I’ve had a hard time being able to log into the app and I know that it charges on a daily basis. I’m trying to find customer service and everything keeps on coming back as a server issue that cannot be found. I’m going to be very angry if I continue to get charged for this daily when I cannot access the app.

Actually Keeps Me MOTIVATED! 🔥

I’ve tried a lot of fitness apps, but this feels completely different. Imagine if a fitness trainer and DJ collaborated on the studio. the music actually guides the workout, which makes it way easier to stay focused and in the zone instead of having to count reps etc

It honestly feels more like being in a high-energy fitness class than working out alone. The pacing, cues, and beats keep you moving without overthinking it. I’ve caught myself finishing workouts faster than expected because I was so locked into the music.

If you’re someone who loves music and wants workouts to feel motivating instead of like a chore, this app is worth making part of your routine. It actually keeps me consistent.

Beware Scam App present! Terrible Customer service response.

For several months, I have been attempting to cancel my account without success. There is no direct method to terminate payment on file from within the profile settings. Despite multiple attempts to contact the support team via email, the fee continues to be deducted from my account, even after a workout has been completed.

Response from developer

We're truly sorry to hear about your frustrating experience with your SweatSonic subscription—it's never our intention for users to feel stuck or unheard, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention directly in your review. Since payments for SweatSonic are processed through the Apple App Store (via Stripe for US customers), cancellations are managed directly through your Apple ID subscriptions to ensure security and compliance. Tap profile on the bottom nav bar, then Open the Settings from the 3 dots on the top right portion of your screen. Tap "Delete Account" This will stop any future charges immediately (while allowing access until the current billing period ends). If you've already been charged for a period you're not using, Apple may be able to assist with a refund request through their system. Regarding your emails to support—we take every message seriously and aim to respond promptly, but occasionally they can slip through during high-volume periods. If you could reply here with your registered email or subscription details, we'll prioritize reviewing your account personally and ensure everything is resolved, including any potential refund if eligible. We value feedback like yours as it helps us improve, and we'd love the chance to make this right. If there's anything else we can assist with in the meantime, please don't hesitate to let us know. Thank you for giving SweatSonic a try—we hope to earn back your trust. The SweatSonic Team

4 min work out killed my bi’s

I work out twice a day and am fine, never sore. I did my first 4 min bicep workout with sweat so nice and my bi’s were sore the next day. Best work out I’ve had.

Good app, but does not save every workout.

I started this app as a way to motivate me to workout everyday. It is quite frustrating when I put in the work, but the app does let save the workout and starts my streak over again.

The developers need to fix the consistency and saving issues.

It’s also not very compatible on iPad as it always errors when saving weight. Also there is not way to turn the video down if I want to listen to my music or if I’m in the gym or on a call as I often multitask.
