Ray Gets It

I’ve worked out with online coaches before, but the timing wasn’t always right, the apps were hard to navigate or it was just too advanced. As a 56 year old recovering from knee replacement surgery, but cleared for exercises, I was looking for something to help with core, balance and strength and, so far, Ray is working out great.

Workout plan progress reset

Today I was starting the third week of my workout plan and I noticed my progress reset back to week one with the beginner exercises. I’m frustrated because there’s no way I can manually change this or forward my progress to week three in the app or by speaking to the AI. I noticed in my workout history it does still have all of my previous exercises from the past two weeks logged, but it refuses to reset and start at week three. Other than that experience, I’ve had a great time so far with this app. I love the features in the video guides and the AI integration. It’s been a smooth process other than this one glitch so far.

Useful and Unique!

I’ve been using Ray for a few weeks now, and I love it! The AI personal trainer is smart and easy to communicate with, and I love the personalized experience. Another big thing I love about the app is the social feature! I would highly recommend Ray, it’s more than just an app, it’s a lifestyle that’s tailored just for me! Ray feels like a friend that helps me become the best version of myself that I can be, set at my own pace. I’m really glad I found this app!

Home workouts solved

This is the 3rd app I've tried to get a solid workout from home. It is by far the best. You can give feedback after every session and it adapts based on your feedback. You can change duration. I am struggling with knee issues- it creates great workouts that are knee friendly. When I had small glitches early on they were fixed fast. The videos show you clearly what the exercise looks like and there are verbal prompts that remind you of good form and breathing. This app is exactly what I was looking for. It has leveled up my home workouts.

Great App

This app is really nice because I am able to say specifics to it that make it accessible and easy to . Not just typical things like how much time I have and what equipment, but you talk to it like you would ChatGPT. So you can say things like “I’m struggling with burnout right now at work so I don’t wanna overdo it with my workouts this month.” Or ”It’s 9PM and I don’t really want to do too much right now because I go to bed in less than two hours.” I am really enjoying it.
