Completely broken
The app has trouble pretty much across the board. There are frequent bugs with logging in, adding an address, scheduling a job, etc. After hours of trying and debugging, I eventually had to give up.
Things seem to be even worse if you’ve been around for a long time. They transferred user data incompletely to a new database, so old payment cards cause errors on all their platforms.

App closes when trying to put in payment info
Unfortunately, I have made two orders, and both have disappeared when I clicked add payment information. This was my first time trying to use this app and service.
Good service, app has errors
Every time I try to place an order I get a validation error, which is really frustrating because it doesn’t save any of the info I put in and puts a pending charge on my card but the order disappears and it won’t accept it.
