Improvements
It’s great that you keep adding services but some of the basics and UX really needs to be improved. You should be able to select your preferred sweep stars not just have the app select them based on your past use; you need to be able to select someone based on area (some of the staff are travelling too far at large costs when I’m sure there are closer options).

Disappointed
I’m done trying with this app and booking system. Available sweepstar immediately becomes unavailable, taking my money and then assigning a new sweepstar I don’t want. Also has some system glitches while booking. Baits you with a great sweepstar when you make your first recurring booking but then when the sweepstar needs to start the following week randomly she is no longer available. And you get a new sweepstar. Try rebooking the initial one, or making a change in advance to the upcoming booking, impossible even though she did say she is available. This happened to me with 2 different sweepstars in a row. They keep your money in as sweep credit, so forcing you to have to rebook but then the next booking is more expensive or you did initially add a tip but don’t want to tip anymore because fees increased and then the system forces it through without your knowledge and your bill keeps on adding up. Total waste of my time and money.

Incredible Service, so much more than an app
I have been using Sweep South for a little over 5 years now. Their app has developed and changed so much and they really care about the work they do. Their SweepStars are brilliant and if on the odd occasion they aren’t their support staff sort it out asap.
