Useless
I have had the app for years. But it seems to always be a struggle when making a purchase in the store. The employees NEVER scan the QR code on the app and always have a hard time with it. I always end up using my phone number. What’s the point of having the app and the QR code if you’re never going to scan it.

Not letting me create an account
I love sweet hit and was excited to use the app but for some reason, it would not let me create an account. Tried to sign up and it said my email was already registered. Tried to reset my password and nothing worked. I finally gave up and got rid of the app out of sheer frustration. Y’all really don’t make it easy for new users.

Please fix!!!
They fix the loading issue with the cards which is nice, but now certain menu items, like the frappe selection isn’t appearing at all. But other locations it works fine. But if I go online to see if u can order those items. You can order it but it’s not working on the app for the Marietta location.

I can’t change the card to load more money on to it. It just stays frozen, closing the app and trying again does nothing.
