Useless
I have had the app for years. But it seems to always be a struggle when making a purchase in the store. The employees NEVER scan the QR code on the app and always have a hard time with it. I always end up using my phone number. What’s the point of having the app and the QR code if you’re never going to scan it.

Not letting me create an account
I love sweet hit and was excited to use the app but for some reason, it would not let me create an account. Tried to sign up and it said my email was already registered. Tried to reset my password and nothing worked. I finally gave up and got rid of the app out of sheer frustration. Y’all really don’t make it easy for new users.

Please fix!!!
They fix the loading issue with the cards which is nice, but now certain menu items, like the frappe selection isn’t appearing at all. But other locations it works fine. But if I go online to see if u can order those items. You can order it but it’s not working on the app for the Marietta location.

I can’t change the card to load more money on to it. It just stays frozen, closing the app and trying again does nothing.

Unable to remove credit card from app once added to the app.

Add Ability to change phone number
I signed up with the wrong phone number. There is no option to change it. A little inconvenient if I also had gotten a new phone number and had no way to change it. Please add this option.
Really, is that necessary?
Ill admit the app is fairly easy to use but thats about it. It requires you to add a card which isnt that big of a deal but i had hoped to be able to pay in store and after adding a card it requires you to “load up your card” with money that you already gave them access to. Id rather just walk in and get what i want than put more money than im actually ganna use on an app.

Don’t Misplace Your Password
I’ve used the app to successfully order ahead once. Then, I was logged out. The “forgot password” link in the app sends you a verification email to reset your password, only to be taken to a Sweet Hut web page to login. Click “forgot password” and you get another email. It’s an endless cycle with no resolution. How do I retrieve my password and access my remaining funds?

Payment glitch
It has a very cute interface and is user friendly I’m glad it had the full menu on there but I was unable to load money or pay it simply shows a gray screen when I attempt to.
Cannot add money
This app is useless. I cannot add money. The screen goes blank. What is the point?
Can’t even create an account.
Every time I try to create an account, it tells me I can only register one profile to my device. If I try to reset my password, it tells my my account does not exist. Had to go on their mobile website and use Chow Now instead.
Can’t place an order?
I’ve been trying to order ahead, but there is no button or place to checkout... the app is not very user-friendly

Download and install this app, it is easy to register and start the mobile ordering process. UI design is clean and engaging, follow a few of simple steps will make your order ready for checkout. The app rollout is very helpful especially during Covid-19 pandemic, look forward to seeing more new features and improvement.

Needs MAJOR improvement
I would give this app 0 stars if I could. It’s a great idea like every other fast food place out there. The application is terrible to use. My login for the online Sweet Hut does not work for the app. I’ve had to create many different accounts because it won’t let me in. I also have gift cards I cannot use because you can load to the app. And if you order in store you can’t earn points and use a gift card at the same times. If you want a good app take notes from Starbucks. Their app is great and works well for customers. Make changes or find someone who can make theses changes.

Doesn’t work!
I tried to sign up for an account but the page doesn’t work. I input my information and follow the prompts and then it hangs on “signing up.” I never get any confirmation emails. I love SweetHut and would like to be able to track purchases but with an unuseable app that won’t happen.
Does not work - blank white screen
App is not working. All I see is a blank white screen on the iPhone 11.
