Out of Business??!
I made an order using this app a month ago and, nothing. Still says order processing. No company contact info or response anywhere. Trying to get my money back.
Dreadful service
I placed an order in July for a relative’s graduation gift. It is now November and my order status is still showing as being processed. The order has not been dispatched or delivered and despite contacting the company 6 times, I have still to receive an answer.
UPDATE: It is now February and still no response from “Customer Service”, no refund/credit and no delivery of my order.

Payment and orders
I have ordered a jar of sweets I have been charged 3 times when only ordered 1 but have no order history or email to say I have ordered ... what should I do ?
If I could give 0 stars I would.
Doesn’t even deserve one star, ordered 2 years ago, no delivery, constantly contacted the customer services and the business owner to get nothing but an apology. I spent money on credits to which are completely useless because you buy the products which don’t materialise. After waiting ages for a response and waiting on PayPal to clear the dispute, they claim it has been dispatched but couldn’t provide any evidence to back it up! So I’m left being robbed of my money and have nothing to show for it.
Do not download this app, don’t think about purchasing anything from this company (bypost) as they simply steal your money and provide no explanations for any of their wrong doing and constant mistakes.
