Out of Business??!
I made an order using this app a month ago and, nothing. Still says order processing. No company contact info or response anywhere. Trying to get my money back.
Dreadful service
I placed an order in July for a relative’s graduation gift. It is now November and my order status is still showing as being processed. The order has not been dispatched or delivered and despite contacting the company 6 times, I have still to receive an answer.
UPDATE: It is now February and still no response from “Customer Service”, no refund/credit and no delivery of my order.

Payment and orders
I have ordered a jar of sweets I have been charged 3 times when only ordered 1 but have no order history or email to say I have ordered ... what should I do ?
If I could give 0 stars I would.
Doesn’t even deserve one star, ordered 2 years ago, no delivery, constantly contacted the customer services and the business owner to get nothing but an apology. I spent money on credits to which are completely useless because you buy the products which don’t materialise. After waiting ages for a response and waiting on PayPal to clear the dispute, they claim it has been dispatched but couldn’t provide any evidence to back it up! So I’m left being robbed of my money and have nothing to show for it.
Do not download this app, don’t think about purchasing anything from this company (bypost) as they simply steal your money and provide no explanations for any of their wrong doing and constant mistakes.

Requests for help ignored - DON’T PURCHASE
I only downloaded this app as I needed to contact the developer regarding their postcard app - which I had and loved, and had credit on it, only to find it completely stopped working with iOS 11.
I have emailed the Developer for help, but have been completely ignored. I really wanted a working app - I had been emailing the developer since iOs10 when I started getting messages that the app needed updating - however at that point it still worked.
I had put money on it to send postcards from my honeymoon- but low and behold it stopped working (about the time of the iOs11 update).
By downloading the sweetjar app just to get details of who to email, has resulted in my by post postcard app credit moving to sweetjar! What is that all about!
It’s so unprofessional to have apps out there which move monies about - especially as I didn’t request it, and to not get in touch. I’ve had similar problems with other apps expiring which cost substantial amounts of money - but I’ve always got a credit - or have been sent a code to redeem the new app which works.
I’m so disappointed and frustrated- how much money are these developers sitting on from various customers? I bet it’s more than my few pounds.
I’d strongly advise anyone to steer clear of all these related apps.

A review from a realist
I ordered two jars the same day for a surprise for my other half. By the time they had arrived 1-2 months later, I had actually forgotten all about ordering them... It turned out to be a nice surprise for me too! And since it costed £6 each... I can't complain! And I've no idea how anyone can complain for that price if what they ordered turned up. Although... it would be good if there was an option for quicker delivery (with an expected extra cost for that)

All my favourite sweeties!!
Since moving to the USA I miss a lot of the staple sweets I used to eat daily. I order them as gifts for my friends but usually end up eating them myself!! Need a larger jar!!!
What a sham
I only ordered once back before last Christmas and have still to receive my package that I paid for not even any compensation the people behind this outright took my money and did #uck all with it don't get this app it is a waste of time and a complete sham get your sweets at the shops more selection then.
