Wayyy better than the original Swift Command App
This new version of Swift Command is brilliant, it looks so much cleaner than the original one and connects to my caravan way faster than the old app. Unfortunately you can’t connect to more than one vehicle which is a pain but fine.

Quite by far the worst app I have ever tried to use. If it would enable no stars it would get none out of 5. Totally un user friendly and extremely difficult to navigate and the telephone call facility for help is totally useless. So disappointing because we love the Motorhome. I would welcome a call back to give me the confidence that the £135.00 fee is working for peace of mind

Absolutely useless
I’ve paired the app to the van earlier in the day, and it was all working. I’m now sitting in the van, the lights are off and the kids are asleep. I know the panel is turned on (we switched the pump on earlier). I now just want to check temperatures and water levels, without turning on the van’s command display. Ideal use for the app, one would have thought. But no, although the pairing is still there, there’s no data coming through in the app. Seems the only way to get data is to go to the van display and de-sleep mode it, then I can use the app. But then, I might as well use the display in the first place. Like I said, the app is completely useless. No point having it at all. One star is two too many.

This works well for my escape 604
I was sceptical at first but using it whilst away have come to understand how useful it is. Because of the way Bluetooth works there is a small delay but… sitting up in my bed this morning I turned on the heating via the app. Yesterday, I checked the waste pipe was attached and over the drain and emptied the tank via the app. Sitting out under the awning as it got dark I turned on the awning light via the app.
Until the van gets to talk IP it doesn’t get much better than this! Maybe tune the response time? Hey I am getting picky. Thanks guys.

Awful
The new version of the app is pointless and doesn’t work at all. If it does, then it’ll drop quickly. Has lost a lot of the old features too. Such a pity, was great to be able do things such as turn the pump on when stood next to it rather than the control panel. Would be better if they could revert back or properly test before they released a new version of the app.
