Complete garbage in every sense of the word and worse. I have missed out on pt because this app wasn’t working. So choppy it can make you a chop salad out of nuts and bolts.
I don’t know who needs to step up but someone needs to do something about this app or come up with a better way for drivers to scan their documents. Mega carrier? Ha!!

Messages
Messages don’t come in like they use to now only planned comes in with who sent it no other messages so if you’re not in the truck you don’t know what was sent to you
No longer works
This was a great app but only seems to work if you still have a Qualcomm, it no longer works if you get the zonar system installed
Unusable on iOS
App will not scroll to the bottom of the screen and has a choppy scroll. Pages are constantly loading and has kicked me off repeatedly. Unable to complete any swift university on the app, I’ve been trying to complete a 15min class for about 2 hours because of the constant crashes and issues. Please debug and update!

New truck with zonar next load issue
Next load will not populate when load is sent to accept reject load. Messages under history works so I can see next load.

As a driver I would love it if this app would allow me to send some of the needed macros for my job. It only has freeform message and allows you to accept loads this is really inconvenient especially when you are in an area and your Qualcomm won’t connect which happens very often.

Vehicle in Motion
We are Team drivers, why does the app say vehicle in motion, and blocks you from using it. One of us isn’t driving and we should be able to use app. Please change this frustrating feature.
Just deleted app and reloaded and still blocks you u from using with in motion. Please change this so the driver that ISN’T driving can use app again. It saves a lot of time for us to use the app in motion.

Very good except...
I hate that I can’t accept a load if I’m sitting passenger seat because of the GPS saying I’m in motion. I know it’s a safety feature to prevent drivers from being on their phones while driving but sometimes we aren’t driving while in motion. Add on a feature that asks, “Are you driving,” with a Yes or No feature. Update agreement and say if you check “No” they’ll be responsible for any accidents or damage.

Location problem
I have an iPhone 7 Plus with latest version of iOS and it looks like this app isn’t picking up my gps or don’t even give me the option of allowing the app to use my location and I think because of that or any other reason I couldn’t get any nextload notifications for the past few days now. Please help

Since update to AA1820R of December 4-5, the app no longer syncs messages with Qualcomm.
Apple Policy Violation
Swift is STILL VIOLATING Apple’s App Store agreement. I specifically selected for apps NOT to ask for a rating or review in app, and Swift is STILL VIOLATING THEIR DEVELOPERS LICENSE AGREEMENT by forcing it to pop up anyway. And what’s worse? It doesn’t say “NO, or DO NOT ASK AGAIN,” or actually says “YES, or LATER.” I’ve brought this to the developer’s attention twice before and they claimed to have “fixed,” it. But it’s Swift, so you know they have no business ethics.

The app
It’s a good app, very useful but it’s major downside is it’s glitchy, laggy, and crashes a lot, this and it’s sister app seriously need recoding to fix these issues
