Changes to finding a doctor and price increase
Was great before, you could search doctors now you need to know the name of the doctor as I use the app so infrequently I don’t remember the doctors name so very poor UX and $49 to get a repeat perscription is just highway robbery
can’t update profile
you fill it in and press save profile, theres a loading wheel then nothing, so you press it again and nothing, thinking that it’s saved you go back to make an app and you can’t because your damn details aren’t saved and can’t be, so frustrating.
Can’t login
Loaded under IOS 13 - login ok. Older version on my IOS 12 device, won’t login even though account is fine and all details are known.

After not being able to see a dr in my family practice of 13 years, until I did a COVID test - a friend recommended this service, so I downloaded the app, filled in my details, and could even pick the dr I wished to speak with. No sooner had my appointment been made, but I got a call which was fantastic. Spoke with a fantastic Dr who did this consultation over FaceTime. He listened to my symptoms, collected relevant medical history information and sent the script I required, straight to my chemist of choice, and emailed my a referral right to me.
Can’t recommend highly enough - will be using this service over my family practice from now on, wherever possible 🥰🥰🥰
