Better not get a fine
I’ve tried to pay for parking for two days, which seems impossible, so bought 2 tickets, 2 days running. Hope this works as don’t want a fine
Garbage app
App design is awful. There is no justifiable reason you need to know both my email and phone number just so I can pay for some parking. Councils need to stop trying to design apps when they can’t afford to pay for competent programmers. It’s also yet ANOTHER parking app to clog your phone with. Just get a contract with one of the big parking apps instead of trying to create your own.

Received a fine
Absolutely appalling app that has resulted in me receiving a £50 PCN. Completely unclear that you have to top up a “wallet” to pay for parking! Never have I ever come across something so stupid.
Not fit for purpose
Parking apps need to be designed to get people through the process as quickly as possible. The fact that this app, for example, has you choose your address from a list ordered entirely at random (rather than 1-xxx as you would expect) means that precisely zero time was spent testing it against user stories. The fact that it also doesn’t allow you to autofill your card details, not have PayPal or Apple Pay, means a desperate scrabble for a physical card - and if that’s the case, just let us pay by card at the parking machine instead.

Can’t remove card details
Downloaded today realised the app saved all my card details which I don’t normally do I do not want my details left on the app it does not let you remove bank details ??? Also it charged me an extra pound for some reason not sure why ??? Tried to delete app click submit then it says it can only be deleted when you get link email which you have to click this to verify you want to delete account which I still haven’t got yet what a faff all I wanted was a parking ticket

Appalling
Possibly the worst parking app I’ve ever used. As others have said it’s not possible to simply pay for parking and have to top up. You have to add a card and cannot use Apple Pay either. I have my phone so I don’t have to carry a card! Avoid it. Why my local authority picked this is beyond me
Poor user interface along
Whilst the app is very poorly designed, the fact that you can not just ‘pay’ for the allocated time and have to ‘top up’ your account with a minimum amount is a poor approach.
A consumer should NOT have to have an open wallet just to pay for parking.
A big shame as having read your responses on ‘thriving to improve…’ nothing appears to have changed.

Not even worth 1 star
Avoid. Use if you have no other choice. Need top ups rather than pay for actual parking which is ridiculous. No choice for multiple days parking. It’s either a day or a week!? Shocking..
Seriously deficient
Why can I not just pay for parking? Why do I have to “top up” a “wallet”. I’m not giving you more money than I actually owe!

If I could give no stars to rate this app I would. It’s a useless frustrating app. It will not even verify an email address so it even be can’t be used when needed.
Unreliable App
Incredibly temperamental app that won’t log in. Have tried uninstalling and re-installing and get an error code.

Why is it currently down? When I open it I just get a traffic cone!

Simplest thing of verifying email to even use the app doesn’t work.

Really poor app. Not user friendly and just annoying to sign up and use.
Waste of time
Absolute rubbish. Spent ages trying to create an account then my payment method wasn’t accepted. If I get a parking ticket as a result, you lot will be paying it. Sort yourselves out.
When someone who never intends to use an app is the designer
You end up with a gimmicky app that is completely unintuitive, clunky and just plain frustrating. There are other parking apps out there already - presume WMT were shocked and so have ended up developing this square wheel which will cost them far more in the long run.
Dreadful
Very slow process to register my card, and then my bank app alerted me a company called Novoville was going to deduct money before I had even started to pay for parking. My banks fraud dept does not trust transactions like this.
