Great potential but….
This app has amazing potential but somehow is clunky and glitchy.
I can start the swim on my Venu2 Garmin and all seems to work ok. Save and exit the swim works. But syncing back to the app is hit and miss. There are some swims which I have used swim trainer to record that show on my Garmin workouts as a “swim” but don’t appear on the app. I also get occasional error messages when I try to sync. Ninja e disconnected and reinstalled the app a few times and that sometimes clears it. Such a shame as it looks like a really polished attempt and could be AMAZING. Hopefully we get a big fix update. 👍

Great training plans
Exactly what I had hoped to use with my Garmin watch. It’s great to have feedback after each set, based on your + or - your average.
Also, the custom training plans (with subscription) are the best way to stay motivated. Checking them off each day is very satisfying, and the variety in each generated 4 week plan really helps mix things up, learn new drills and stay motivated as you get better.

Could be good. However
IT person who values apps that do not require a nerd fiddle every time we attempt to use it (repair) when you hands may be wet. If you use an indoor pool, etc. an active internet connection be required, it is not even worth it to load.

This is not (fully) correct. You only need an internet connection to set up your swim and load it on your watch. When you are in the pool, no internet connection is needed and you can sync your results afterwards.
Very easy to use but won’t sync
This app is really easy to connect to my Garmin. When I’m in the pool I start a workout and then I get the stats on the watch. However it does not feed it through to the app, so if I want to look at my stats I have to then manually import my swim into the app. If the garmin sent that date through automatically I’d give this 5 stars.

Garmin Fenix 6
Cont get the app and watch to communicate. App says I need a premium subscription but I see no way to pay for it in the app or online. Maybe not available in the US? Would love to use it. Has great workouts and looks like it would be a good app to have as an avid swimmer. Disappointed
