About

SwimLog is the fastest way to plan a swim workout, swim it at the pool, and see whether you're actually getting faster — built by a swimmer, for swimmers who already know how to train. WRITE A REAL SET Build workouts in swim language, not generic fitness fields: rounds, reps x distance, stroke, send-off or rest intervals, equipment, effort and tempo. Compose a rep as parts (50 fly / 50 free), rotate strokes across reps, and label sections (warm-up, main set, cool-down). Or just type it free-form. Structure helps — it never forces. SWIM IT — POOL VIEW A big-type, glanceable poolside screen with a send-off-aware stopwatch. Tap to log each split, tick off reps with wet hands, and keep the screen awake for the whole set. Print or share any workout. TRACK EVERY BEST A pre-built records board for every standard event across short-course meters, long-course meters, and short-course yards (SCM / LCM / SCY). Keep official PBs and training bests apart — practice times aren't race times. New bests are detected automatically from your logged sets, each with a progress chart. TRAIN WITH A PLAN Generate a periodized plan by goal, level, days per week, and length — base, build, peak, taper — with paces calibrated from your CSS or a recent PB. Or pull a ready-made workout from the library. SEE IF IT'S WORKING Weekly and monthly volume, time in water, week streak, distance by stroke, pace trends and interval compliance. YOURS, ALWAYS Local-first: your log lives on your device and works offline. Optional cloud sync (email + password) keeps it across devices — nothing is sold, tracked, or ransomed. Export a full backup anytime. No subscription. No account required. Just your swimming.
