New feature are buggy
The new scan option is great but it only works one time. If you try uploading a different scan for a different swimmer, it defaults to the first scan. The in-app “contact support” button under Settings does not work, so this is the only way to submit feedback. I uploaded a screenshot of my son’s events from MeetMobile and it worked fine for him. When I tried to do the same for my daughter, it would show my son’s times and his events and say it was adding times for him, not her. That is, it wasn’t assigning the results to the currently viewed swimmer nor was it scanning the new image. I tried a half-dozen times, quitting and restarting the app and even restarting my iPhone to no avail. Other than no feedback option in-app and this buggy scanning issue, the app works great. It’s just really frustrating one needs to write things here to help the developers.

For a purchased app it’s loaded with bugs. It’s a roll of the dice if your results show and rankings just come and go randomly for no explained reason.
Waiting forever
I don’t understand why it takes weeks to get data from meet Mobile into Swimmetry- you guys need to work that out asap.
Great app for tracking stats - one and the only one
1. The stats tracking is complete and correct.
2. Clear standards comparison view.
3. Easy track of the progress.
Improvement:
1. Faster updates when the events finished. Right now (11/2025), it takes about 4 days to see the updates (Thursday after the meet concludes on Sunday.)
2. Crashing issues when clicking on the links to the standards file.
3. Not easy to see the standards for event the kid that hasn’t swam (say event like a 500m).

Issues with performance
The latest version of the app is crashing constantly at start up. Need better QA
swimmetry is very tuff
i love swimmetry!! it’s a lot better than a lot of other swim apps because it keeps track of your best times, time standards, and goes u goals for each meet. i can easily track my progress and for $7 per year it’s really good and useful. and if ur best time isn’t there you can just input it unlike other services. i like the comparing feature and the swim ai goals. love this app overall!!!💯💯

Bugs
It’s a amazing app don’t get me wrong but I’ve ran into a few bugs one of which was me not being able to add certain swimmers for no reason but other than that Swimmetry is a basically perfect
Excellent for general purpose
This app is amazing especially for 7 bucks a year. It helps to graph progress in each event and gives really cool synopsis of strengths. The site maintains ranking which lets swimmers and parents understand what meets they qualify for and what the competition is like locally along with nationally! The people who run the app are very receptive to emails about problems! Everyone should have this app!

Love the app when it works
My app lately has been force closing when I use it. As soon as I click on my swimmer it closes out and I can’t see her results. So frustrating.
Rank doesn’t work for girl swimmers
If you have a girl swimmer and you click Rank at each of her time to check the ranking, only boy’s ranking at her age group shows up. So ridiculous! A lot of free swimming websites have rankings.
Works only sometimes
It’s a cool app if it actually loads the swim meets. Unresponsive customer service.
Good concept but needs work
Great concept and features. Would give 5 stars if the app could just get an update and work properly. At a minimum, refresh swimmer times in decent time frame. It lags way behind other apps. So much potential here.

Great but needs some fixing
It’s a great app I’m a swimmer and it helps me keep track of all my times but the problem is when I’m trying to make a custom time it won’t change like there was a meat that didn’t get put in here called the NAH mini distance and my hundred I am hundred fly in 100 back work put in. It’s a great app but it could use some fixing.

Swimmer times
I used to love this app but lately I can’t get my daughter’s times to pull up and I have to go into compare times to see them and put in another swimmers. It’s so annoying that I pay for an app that is not working correctly.
Hot Mess
I saw the poor reviews and o was wondering why. I opened the app and was really enjoying it. I almost can back to give a 5 star review asking people why they had such a negative outlook on it.
Right before I came in for the 5 star the app started crashing. Closed it, reloaded and crash again.
Turned off my phone, back on again and the app crashed.
It’s a HOT MESS. So yeah, 2 stars is generous.
Free shouldn’t mean bad. You are welcome to fix it and charge for it.

Cool… I guess?
You will find it better to just use your notes app or an excel spreadsheet, when you enter times it has no clue what to do and puts the wrong times on the wrong dates. Waste of time trying to enter them, do not install.
Can’t Access App Even With Subscription
For whatever reason, I now can’t access the app. The app has cleared my email address and I can’t reset my password or access the app. Guess it’s time to cancel my subscription.

Disappointed
I wanted to really love this app, but this app only tracks club swim. It doesn’t track high school or summer which is disappointing since right now we’re focused on IHSAA and working on state standards.
