October 7, 2026

It's time to share your swimming story! This update brings three new ways to personalize your swimming experience: - Goal Setting – Set goal times for your events, choose a target date, and track your progress with a countdown of days left. View active goals and your goal history in one place. - Achievement Badges – Celebrate what you've accomplished. Earn badges for participation, improvement, and performance milestones, and see your recent achievements right on your profile. - Swimmer Archetypes – Discover what type of swimmer you are. See your archetype and how your events break down across IM, freestyle, butterfly, breaststroke, and backstroke. These features are also available in Data Hub.

Every update presents a new challenge

I have been using the app for years. Every update seems to break something useful and eventually it might get fixed. I am an official so I use
It regularly for my ID. Current version won’t even login. Clicking on the button does nothing even after a reinstall.

Needs to be more consistent on releases.

Login never works

As a current club swim coach I am unable to open my USA swimming account for 3 months now because I keep updating my password and says it’s incorrect afterwards

Another 1 star Review

I was going to write a 1 star review but it appears that I’m last in line. There are plenty of bad reviews for this app. It never seems to be working when I need it most, to show my coach credentials at a meet. Not working yet again!
