I love the easy navigation for a smooth and streamlined experience! I've particularly enjoyed searching for and saving my favorite athletes and tracking times ~ as a swimming fan, that adds another level of excitement to the sport!

Great at what it does
I’m a swim mom. This app elegantly allows you to search swimmer times and favorite any number of swimmers, which makes comparing swimmers much easier than many other apps. Knowing that these times come directly from the SWIMS database also gives me some peace of mind about the “officalness” of the information. I can’t speak to the “missing” features some other reviewers have mentioned. Hopefully the app will expand to fit their needs too. But for me? A swim mom? 🤌🏼🤌🏼

Near impossible to login
You always get logged out and it’s a hit or miss if the password set decides to work
Worse in every way
Not sure who is running the show at USA Swimming, but they sure are disconnected from what people want and need in an app like this. The old app was terrible and they somehow managed to make it worse?
Missing features, can’t see official history, no OTS access, can’t search for times, etc and etc., someone straight up stole money to make this mess happen. If this is “responsible budget use”, I want my dues back. Love to see who in USA Swimming that has a first-year comp-sci student that developed this.

Please fix these bugs
App will not keep you signed in. Then you have to keep resetting password. App also does not apply filters in the ranking section.
New app is great!
Easy to see all times, time standards, and meets in one spot.

Vastly improved. The ability to favorite swimmers on my team is great. Easy biometric login for my coach card is much better.

The new version of this app is vastly better than the previous version. I love all of the new features and the ability to quickly find times for any swimmer. Also, the leaderboard data is a great addition.

Always down. Never easy logging in. Kicks members out. Makes coaches late for warmups at meets. Please fix this stupid app. Thanks

Ever since the latest update a week ago, the dashboard is totally inaccessible, so I can’t access my swimmer’s times, etc. just a 404 error within the app…
A Sad Reflection of Self…
A completely worthless app from an organization that’s become just as worthless…
Broken
I haven’t been able to log in for weeks. Each time I enter my (correct) user name and PW, it says “error, try again later.” Even when I was able to log in, it was such a poorly designed website. Back arrows bring you all the way back the log in screen, you can’t access many of the things you can on the website (which is also not great but at least it’s functional), and it’s not user friendly at all!
