Please fix these bugs
App will not keep you signed in. Then you have to keep resetting password. App also does not apply filters in the ranking section.

The new version of this app is vastly better than the previous version. I love all of the new features and the ability to quickly find times for any swimmer. Also, the leaderboard data is a great addition.

Ever since the latest update a week ago, the dashboard is totally inaccessible, so I can’t access my swimmer’s times, etc. just a 404 error within the app…
A Sad Reflection of Self…
A completely worthless app from an organization that’s become just as worthless…
Broken
I haven’t been able to log in for weeks. Each time I enter my (correct) user name and PW, it says “error, try again later.” Even when I was able to log in, it was such a poorly designed website. Back arrows bring you all the way back the log in screen, you can’t access many of the things you can on the website (which is also not great but at least it’s functional), and it’s not user friendly at all!

USA Swimming’s Processing is Terrible.
I recently had to complete the athlete protection course in USA swimming, I completed every step and clicked every button i was supposed to. However, it still shows up on my account that i am “not in good standing” because of this, i am unable to swim at my swim meet this weekend; therefore wasting money and time on this frustrating situation. The Official even said that i completed the course.. so whats the problem ? USA Swimming, usa swimming is the problem.

Can’t login from app
Same credentials works fine with web login but not from this app, horrible experience when you need it, missing the old deck pass app, another example of some one trying to fix sth working fine just to show off their incompetence!
Who is this app for?
It’s been a long time since USA Swimming has rolled out their new app, and it has not gained any meaningful features since its rollout. It’s confusing to me how they have managed to mess up their mobile app so badly.
The old USA-S app was laid out in a way that was very easy to understand. You could look up times (your own and those of other swimmers), swimmers could look at their patches, and you could easily follow national level meets.
That was replaced with… a shell for the website that’s missing half the features? You can no longer perform time searches. Athletes can’t easily bring up their own times or see their patches. You can’t see live results anymore. As a coach, there’s not much for me to do with the app, except show my Member Card when arriving at meets. Due to some of the major shortcomings of this app, SwimCloud has exploded in popularity.
So my question to USA Swimming: who is this app for? It’s not useful to athletes, not useful to coaches/meet staff, and not useful to parents.

Tons of errors on iPhone with different language than English
App used to work “OK”. However, since a recent update on my phone that doesn’t have English as the primary language, I have been getting tons of errors in the app.
Not helpful at all!
Why take away time search which was the one feature we actually wanted and used???
