Great with the new improvements.
Great for swim meets, we run our entire club summer program with Swimmingly. We hardly have issues.
Great app
Top notch, very easy to use
Great App!
Wow! My experience with Swimmingly has been nothing short of incredible! The robust app is equipped with the tools to generate a swim meet that is extremely efficient! As a multi-year user, I have had the privilege of not only using the software, but also seeing others use the swim-meet app! I couldn’t imagine running a swim meet without the handy features in the swimmingly app and want to extend a huge thank you to the developers behind this amazing product! Bravo, Swimmingly!

Huge time saver
We have run 4 meets with Swimmingly now and cannot tell you how much of a life saver this app and platform is for our team. We saved 90 min. @ our last meet alone. Now we can actually say we run a paperless swim meet!
We love it. So easy!
Our league has been using Swimmingly for a few years now and they continue to add great features that we ask for each year. Makes our volunteer lives so much easier and actually fun!
LOVE IT 👍🏻
Very impressed with how much easier it is for us to complete meet entries and manage our team throughout the season!
Running the swim meets took a bit of practice but after we followed the instructions it was a breeze! Saved us lots of time during our first swim meet this summer! We also do not need nearly as many volunteers as we used to with our old system.
Parents love the app and being able to receive live results during the meet as well.
Overall very happy that our team went with Swimmingly.

The BEST!
Our club uses Swimmingly and we will never go back to stopwatches. Parents love it! Amazing customer service as well 👏 Even better in our second season!
Love this app for our swim team!
We switched this year and just ran our first meet with amazing success. Thank you to Swimmingly for making such an impact to our sport that has needed change! Meets are faster and most importantly, volunteers are happy!
Awesome App
I love how the app keeps track of meets and your swimmers progress. It breaks down how they have grown over time and also their results from previous seasons.
swimming should not be this complicated
My swim team has used swimmingly for about 3 years now and we will admit - the idea is amazing. But the execution is done extremely poorly. Heat sheets have swimmers never seated right and swimmer’s times are always wrong and usually random numbers. I would not recommend the switch to swimmingly because it will make your swim team life harder and create more problems then you need.

Game changer for swim meets
This will be the second year our clubhouse has used swimmingly! I love how highly efficient it is! Saves so much time vs the manual way!
Not worth it
Nothing runs smoothly with this app or it’s web version. Totally frustrating and not worth the fees.
Great Company Great Application
Wow, what can I say. This makes setting up a meet so much easier, and very flexible. No more late nights creating heatsheets! and meet changes are no issue at all. Somebody put a great deal of thought into this product. If you're not using Swimmingly, you should rethink life decisions....
Best way to run a swim meet!
I am a supervisor for a local governmental agency and we are host to a variety of swim teams and programs. We have been running our recreation swim team through CARA and up until we made the switch to Swimmingly, we were still seeding and heating our meets using the pink and blue cards! Using Swimmingly has been the best programming transition that we have ever made.
We have already saved time and money as well as running out meets more effectively and efficiently. Parents love being able to see results, having a record of their kids times, and love volunteering to help with meets! Meets are fun and well organized now because everyone has the same information and the same tools to share the information!
Teaching parents and kids how to use the app was easy and super user friendly! There are videos and lots of information to help walk you through the set up of a meet and how to run a meet effectively and set up is so much easier than using touch pads!
Support staff is awesome, helpful and available. We appreciate them for and all their help in making this change. Awesome staff, awesome app!

Do not use if you care about swimming
Swimmingly is terrible. The timer starts before the buzzer so the times are always 1-2 seconds off. And the moment someone stops a timer the time disappears from the phone so the swimmers have to wait for hours to see how terribly inaccurate the times are. The website and app is terrible to navigate. If you’re a swim club that truly cares about swimming and your club, don’t waste your money on swimmingly, buy some stopwatches and printer ink and compare the times online with other clubs instead. Swimmingly takes the fun out of swimming.

Hot mess
I have used this as stroke and turn and timer. I really wanted to love it as the concept is great. However it is a huge ordeal to use. Every meet we use it at has delays due to the app not working. The coaches don’t know who is DQed so we have to take breaks to tell them. This is so much slower than paper and pen.

Horrible and ruins meets
We have now suffered through 2 meets using this app and I cannot stress how bad they have gone. Timers continue to struggle and the meet starts and stops for them to reconnect. There is no flow and kids end up sitting in the sun burning. I have never seen so many swims have to be redone because the times never started, stopped or they can’t save it. The starter then reboots and we sit around for 15-30 minutes while they test and talk.
The issues with timing and the app led to an extra few hours for the first meet and today after 5 hours we had just made 50% through it. This was a small meet that rarely had 2 heat. People started to just leave and the starters we trying to find enough stop watches to just stop using this app.
I hope the teams agree to stop using this app and use anything else. Stop watches and paper would be a HUGE improvement which defeats the purpose of this app.

SO SIMPLE!
First time user at a meet this weekend. Can honestly say our team will never go back to the old, manual, paper system. Absolute game changer for our summer league. We were able to combine heats and events with ease and got rid of all the handing off of paper 😍💯 Thanks for amazing customer support from the Swimmingly Team!

5 star company
This company is improving the overall meet experience for everyone. Parents, coaches, officials, fans, and swimmers. The best part of this app is the customer service that comes with it.
Amazing App
This app makes running summer swim meets so much easier. Every league should be using it!
