Very relaxing pool
The lighting in the pool was very soothing and the weather was perfect for a swim with the family will recommend this place to everyone
I don’t like this app
I reserved the pool from picture it was good and the zone and area price was good from the pics but when I went there in my reserve time there was so dirty and bad place where is no way to swim and I tried to contact the host and the help center to give my money back cause when I saw there is no safe to swim I left there but no one gave my money back! They just ignored my problem.

Worst experience of my life on my daughter birthday
Double booked. Went to use the pool. The lady said I was there to only clean pools. She only said that because I was black. I was in fear for my life and I couldn’t got shot and my daughter.

Kinda hard to find Pool as a certain area then when you find them certain days in certain times, not available need to make them a little bit more convenient

The pool was perfect as well as the hist. We had a wonderful family day, teaching the kids how to swim!

Everything was seamless from book the place to having to reschedule for medical issues. A fun place to chill.
Fantastic and relaxing
We booked this space very last minute and Kerri was so accommodating. There wasn’t but about an hour and a half between the booking and start time, yet everything was clean and tidy waiting on us. Would happily book again!
Family birthday party
We had the most relaxing evening at the pool, dinner on the patio by the lake and even turned on the Steeler game and watching it floating on the provided tubes. Great experience, great hosts.

This was our first time using swimply and we were very satisfied. The pool looked exactly like the pictures and our host were very accommodating. We would book again!
Amazing experience
I didn’t even know Swimply was a thing until a few weeks ago, but it’s so cool to be able to rent a private pool whether it be for a party or just a family swim. Our experience was great.
App needs improvements , and more communication with host and guest, to get the services each desire
Not happy with the way Swinply tries to keep the renter from automatically taking advantage of using their credits to pay for new rentals.

I’ve submitted two request to obtain my refund I have yet to receive. Please take my debit card off file ASAP. Next step is contacting my bank if I don’t get a professional follow up back and writing a review to the BBB.

Horrible customer service- Scam??
Unable to get situation resolved with a duplicate charge for the SAME booking. Company will only issue a credit and not a refund. Feels very scammy. BEWARE.

Amazing experience from start to finish! Everything was absolutely perfect, and the hospitality was truly wonderful. We felt so welcomed and had an amazing time. Highly recommend booking this space—we’ll definitely be back and will book again!
