App is difficult to use as a pool owner

5-stars is not enough to review Charmaine and her space. She literally thought of everything and all the amenities are available! We’ve booked twice already and can’t wait to come back! 100% would recommend!
Totally worthless app
I came on here to find a pool and I can’t pan around on the map and I can’t click on different things on the map. This is the most non-intuitive complicated app I’ve ever seen
Cancelation and up charges
God help you if you are a first time user of this app. I booked using their promotion through a friend for $25 off. The morning of my first Swimply my host cancelled on me. You get nothing for the inconvenience but a little bit of extra credits if you choose that option instead of being refunded to original payment source. When you go to rebook the same exact reservation for a different day you can use your credits to cover your original cost of the booking but then they slap on $25.20 booking fee that you have to pay out of pocket and can’t even use your credit bank on. No amount of escalating or customer service will help you. Even if the host lowers the price for you to rebook, they won’t let you use host offered discount along with your credits. They get you coming and going, waste a ton of your time and make your first booking experience an absolute nightmare! I’m closing my account after I get my refund. What a waste of time and energy! Treat people better!

The platform is a great marketplace where if you have good products like a good pool, you can make some great money… I recommend this platform to anyone who’s looking to make some cash!

Awesome pool day!
Bruce’s pool was perfect for a hot day! We brought friends who were visiting from out of state. The kids loved the diving board and slide. The pool house was perfect for lunch and keeping things cool. Everything was clean and very comfortable. We will definitely be booking again with Bruce!

All of the pools and hosts I have encountered are amazing! Perfect idea! If you do not have a pool, it is the best thing since sliced bread! Highly recommend! Second year using this app and have NEVER been disappointed!

Welcoming
I babysat for my sister while she worked during one of the hottest weekends of the summer, so I decided to get creative and try Swimply for the first time. Booking this pool turned out to be the best decision!
Everything was thoughtfully set up for us, from beach towels and pool toys to goggles and even a separate bathroom for guests to use. It made the entire experience so easy and comfortable. The kids had an absolute blast, and honestly, so did I!
The host was incredibly accommodating and made us feel very welcome. Unfortunately, we had to cut our visit short because of the rain, but that just gives us another reason to come back. I can’t wait to book again and enjoy the rest of the amenities this beautiful space has to offer. Highly recommend!
