Ugh
This app sucks. Impossible to find what you’re looking for as a host. Reviews are buried. Calendar is not user friendly. Needs a full redesign. This company is trying to be Airbnb. It’s not, needs to develop an app that actual works for hosts.
Bad business practices
Hosts are non-responsive. Swimply suggests you book to get a response because you can always cancel, but they keep the $60 service fee even if a host never replies.
Gorgeous pool with a lovely host
Gil was very communicative throughout the whole booking process. The pool is lovely and super clean with tons of great spots to sit, both shady and sunny. He had towels ready for us and turned the hot tub on at our request too. It was an absolutely delightful afternoon. Highly recommend!
App Doesn’t Work
Swimply simply doesn’t work. You can’t move forward through the screens. It gets stuck on turn on location with no ability to proceed
Do people just use this to piss in someone else’s pool?
