Swim time

I cannot log into the app! I started the whole process. My coach can see my deets. But when I try login it takes me to gender, height, units, weight and then level. It stops at level. I can go no further. Sometimes it says I haven’t selected a level. But I did. Can someone help me please. IVe deleted the app and re installed several times. And same verdict.

Also on your website i try send from contact us. And it won’t send my messages to you. Says can’t send as it seems like spam!? Error can’t send message!?!?!?
