Fantastic modern Swindon Taxi
A much needed modern affordable Swindon taxi firm. App is slick and easy to use. The ride I took was driven by a friendly professional driver, nice clean car and the driver had local knowledge which meant I avoided some traffic and got where I needed to fast.

Pleasantly surprised. Easy to use app. Affordable. I think the most affordable in Swindon. Driver offered me water, which I never experienced before. The app felt like Uber. But local. Thank you for the free trip! And will most definitely use again.

Oooooh very fancy. Ive been using taxi services and apps not just in Swindon but all over the UK for work. A very great trial experience. Swindon's new taxi app Zola has genuinely been a suprise and a well needed forward thinking Ride service especially around here. Save yourself the headache with literally non existent customer service teams, laggy apps or expensive trips. Or worse all the above! Its great to see a local company trying to raise the standards so meticulously. Overall, Zola has been a quick, fast free taxi app in Swindon. So far, affordable (although it was a free trial service) but what would very cheap if i paid, considering the living crisis. And Customer Service team felt like a family run restaurant. Super professorial, quick, personal and helpful all at the same time! Also had a lovely chat with driver thats excited to see a company look out for their welfare. Zola is a gem 💎

- For a local taxi app in Swindon, the app itself felt very smooth, quick and easy to use
Cons:
It feels harsh to add this as a con, but barely a con. There currently is no- in app payments, all payments are paid via card directly to the driver. I appreciate it’s in the plans to add this in later as the customer service team explained.
The Zola App is fantastic, a beautifully made app & straight forward to use. Driver was helpful. Customer service was seamless. Taxi was affordable, so far competitive. Zola will definitely will give Veezu and Uber a run for its money in Swindon 🤣. A well needed new service in Swindon!

Reliable and affordable rides Swindon
Zola is the best taxi app in Swindon! I’ve used in once and it’ll be the only ride app I use. It’s super to use and drivers are friendly. The fares are fair, and affordable.
