The Swindon Bus company operates a very reliable service in and around West Swindon onward to, and from the great Western Hospital The app is also very reliable and quite accurate most of the time. however, I am a visually impaired person and often don’t see the bus till the last hundred or so yards and then that poses challenges to the driver to stop when I signal for him to stop it would be there for very appreciated if Swindon Bus company could investigate and invest into some of our technology to notify the blind person. Obviously in person at the bus stop that the bus is coming

Great app
App makes planning a route so easy. Especially like that the bus stops have indications of direction of travel on.
Awful
My mum created an account and brought a ticket and it is now saying her account has been temporarily disabled like what the heck she brought it and they taken her money now she cant get back into the account to use the ticket
Live tracking is terrible
This is an awful app. The live tracking us so unreliable. The buses are jumping all over the place and you can’t see where they are. One minute a bus is two stops away from me and then it refreshes and suddenly It’s seven bus stops away. You can’t tell where they are so it’s a waste of time.
