Inaccurate and not
It would be nice to arrive to a bus 5 minutes before the time it says it’s gonna arrive and not be 5 minutes late.
The app shows it 4 stops away when I look at my app but it’s driving right past me before I’ve even gotten to the stop

Abysmal
They genuinely just take whatever amount of money they feel like on the day, which is always more than what you actually owe. Consistently they charge you for what you do and then on top of that charge a full day fee. They somehow managed to charge a friend of mine when they didnt even use their card, they had an existing paper ticket yet they somehow still got charged. Buses are consistently late and badly managed. The drivers themselves are always really nice etc but there are major issues with the rest of the system.

Swindon bus has a very big part of my day to day life here in UK. They are a great help since I don’t have a driving license yet. They bring me to my work safely 🥰❤️🙏🏻

The Swindon Bus company operates a very reliable service in and around West Swindon onward to, and from the great Western Hospital The app is also very reliable and quite accurate most of the time. however, I am a visually impaired person and often don’t see the bus till the last hundred or so yards and then that poses challenges to the driver to stop when I signal for him to stop it would be there for very appreciated if Swindon Bus company could investigate and invest into some of our technology to notify the blind person. Obviously in person at the bus stop that the bus is coming

Great app
App makes planning a route so easy. Especially like that the bus stops have indications of direction of travel on.
