Great program
Tried the program on a free trial and after a few days immediately upgraded to the full program. This program is a whole lot less money than a coach and works whenever you wanna work. Feedback is really good and after a few weeks feeling like getting dialed in on a few skills that I was missing. You can customize the program to work on specific areas or use on preset areas.

Brilliant!
I tried this out in a dimly lit simulator bay wearing a black glove. It still picked up every shot automatically. The instant feedback and the video instructions from Danny set this app on another level from every other one out there.
So Worth It
So I don’t think i’ve ever written a review for something on the app store, but i felt like i had to here. #1 it works very well tech wise, id highly recommend a collapsable tripod from amazon though to keep in your bag. #2 is the immediate feedback. This app makes practicing consistency and ballstriking much more deliberate without much effort. #3 lastly the value is well worth it. A private 1 on 1 lesson with a pro costs upwards of 100/hr, and while those definitely still have their place for improving, this app can do a lot of things a coach can do, and some it cant. Overall, if you are trying to improve at golf and are looking for apps to help, this is a no brainer.

Seeing is believing
Two week free trial and I bought it for the year. Shows you exactly what is out of range in your swing. Paired it with a monopod for a steady shot. If you have trouble picturing what a pro tells you in a lesson, this is the fix. Auto records every shot, shows you what needs attention. The video lessons that are suggested based on swing flaws are often identical to what my pro says. I’m not replacing one on one lessons but rather supplementing them. Go sell a driver or putter and buy this.

Really great tool
I have taken a lot of golf lessons, but the problem is is that once you leave the lesson you start forgetting and start making mistakes that become bigger mistakes and then start compensating for those. What I use this for is a tuneup every time I play to get me feeling the right feelings every time. To me that’s what’s missing in golf lessons is that they’re not always available. This has taken my handicap from a five to a two in relatively short order. I suggest this for everyone. Especially pretty good golfers like 15 handicap and below.

Get Better
The swing coach has helped me focus on the real problems in my swing. On numerous occasions swing coach has completely changed what I thought I needed to alter. Specifically, I thought I needed more tilt away from the ball at impact. Swing showed me clearly that I was already tilted too far. It kept me from making a bad problem worse. This greatly improved my striking with irons which has always been my weakness. Swing coach is my go to improvement tool.

This app gives great feedback that you can use to fix your swing.
The one feature I wish it had is the ability to pause the app between swings. Once it gives feedback, I’d like to pause it to think about what it said and take a couple of practice swings then unpause it and try again. It would be especially useful on the range. For me, the constant feedback becomes too much and I end up ignoring it. I’d like to able to tell the app (vocally) to pause and unpause.

Helpful app! Possible to add features?
This app is top-notch. I’ve used it several times now, and it has been extremely helpful. Five stars from me.
I did think of a couple of features that might make it even better:
1. Decouple swing analysis/voice feedback from video recording.
I’d love an option to keep getting the live audible feedback (“hands out to hips,” “nice swing,” etc.) without automatically recording and saving every swing. Ideally, there could be a voice command or setting like “comments only—don’t record,” followed by “start recording” when I actually want to capture swings. That would be especially useful during longer range sessions when I want feedback on every swing but only need to save selected swings.
2. Incorporate ball flight into the analysis, if possible.
It would be great if the app could capture or recognize at least the initial ball flight and factor that into its feedback. I’ve shanked a few balls pretty badly and still heard “Nice swing!” 😂 Obviously, a swing can look mechanically good and still produce a bad result, but incorporating what the ball actually did could potentially make the feedback even more useful and accurate.
Those are suggestions, not complaints. This app is already super helpful. Regular golf lessons can get expensive, so having something this affordable that can provide immediate feedback and reinforce what I’m working on is a fantastic resource. Highly recommend it.

Great App!
This app is an amazing learning tool. Just ensure you know why and what you should work on first. Once you know that this app will be your coach at home. Only thing that could be improved would be club face at top and p6.
Clever but not useful
Good product but as a golf coach it's not useful. Lots of analysis but hard to then interact with recommendations,

Best in class but desperately needs audio hit detection (so it won’t catch practice swings)
This app is probably currently best in class with the features it offers, but it’s a big problem that this app is behind the market on audio-based impact detection. Other apps out there will listen for the impact sound, so that they know not to capture practice swings. The absence of that feature is a major handicap, because you have to just step up and whack it or the app will capture and attempt to analyze whatever preparatory motions you make.
