This App Is simple to use and easy to customise. The final Invoices look just as you’d want them to bekoz you choose the lines and can easily remove the ones you don’t want. All in all , the best invoicing App I’ve Come across so far .. Thank You ( Team )
Deceptive sales tactics and hidden costs for AI features
I am extremely disappointed with Swipe billing software. We were sold a three-year subscription based on the explicit promise from the sales team that their AI capabilities were the software’s USP (Unique Selling Proposition). Trusting the salesperson, we made a full payment for three years.
However, after we started uploading purchase documents, we were told that the AI feature is not included. Customer service now claims we have to "purchase credits" separately to use the AI. This is a classic bait-and-switch. When we confronted support, they simply stated we hadn't "purchased the AI" specifically, despite it being the primary reason we signed up. Very poor service and deceptive marketing. Save your money and look for a more transparent company.

Hi Brij, document upload using AI was earlier in beta and free to try. It’s now a paid feature offering more than basic OCR, including document scanning, AI data extraction, GSTIN/PAN validation, line item capture, and amount matching. Please recharge your Swipe wallet to continue using the feature.

I’ve been using Swipe - Simple Invoicing & Billing App for managing my billing, invoices, and tracking incoming transactions, and it has made my workflow significantly smoother.
