Stale Food, Sour Coffee & Zero Quality Control
The chicken popcorn was completely unacceptable. The portion size was far smaller than expected, and the quality was even worse. It tasted stale, as if it had been sitting around for a long time, and it seemed like it had simply been reheated from frozen instead of being freshly prepared. The texture was chewy and unpleasant, making it inedible.
The coffee was equally disappointing. The milk used tasted stale, which gave the coffee a distinctly sour taste. Fresh milk is a basic expectation, so receiving a beverage that tasted spoiled was very concerning.
The lemon iced tea was another letdown. It was overwhelmingly sweet, to the point where the lemon flavor was barely noticeable. On top of that, it had a strange aftertaste that made it difficult to drink.
Overall, every item in the order had a quality issue. For a food delivery service, freshness and consistency should be the minimum standard. This experience fell well below expectations, and I hope Swish takes quality control more seriously because customers should not be paying for stale food and poorly prepared beverages.

Food quality
₹280 for just two pieces of chicken and a small bowl of rice feels heavily overpriced. Yes, your target audience might be busy IT professionals, but they still expect food that’s worth the price, not just attractive packaging.
I feel the priorities are in the wrong place. If the focus remains only on software, speed, and luxury while ignoring food quality and pricing, this could become another failed startup. Customers may try it once for the experience, but they won’t return unless the food delivers value

Poor Service and Misleading availability of Items on App
The app repeatedly shows items as available when they aren’t, which is misleading. Your payment is deducted first, and only afterward do you find out that the items can’t be fulfilled. Until they fix their inventory management, I recommend using COD if possible, or choosing a more reliable alternative like Bistro by Blinkit.

A Loyal Customer’s Appreciation and Sustainability Request
One thing I particularly like is that the app offers a limited and carefully selected range of products. Unlike many other platforms that can feel overwhelming and confusing, Swish keeps things simple, clear, and easy to navigate. The delivery timings are also very convenient and consistently well-managed.
As a frequent customer who has placed many orders over time, I’ve accumulated a large number of the paper bags/packages that come with the deliveries. This got me thinking about a sustainability initiative that Swish could consider. It would be wonderful if the company introduced a program where customers could return the used paper bags and packaging materials for reuse or recycling. I’m not looking for any reward, money, or benefits in return—I simply don’t like the idea of throwing them away when they could potentially be reused.
I believe this could be a great eco-friendly initiative that benefits both customers and the environment. It would be amazing to see Swish take a step in this direction and encourage sustainable packaging practices.
Overall, a fantastic app with excellent service. Keep up the great work!

Horrible service
The support agent was named Partha. Horrible experience. He kept apologising and repeating his pre-rehearsed response which didn’t help anyone at all. Just wasted my time. It is 10:30 in the night, all shops are closed and I’m sick (hence I ordered from this god-forsaken app). For all this inconvenience, they ending up refunding my money but still I’ll never use this app or let anyone else use it because this experience is enough for one time.

Veey bad delivery experience
They will show 10 minutes and will take eternity to assign delivery partner.
Tried today 3 times, 2 times my order was cancelled after keeping me on hold for 1 hour.
Makes no sense if I have to wait for 45 mins for my food, I will prefer swiggy zomato then. Defies the complete purpose of 10 minute delivery.
Customer experience very weak every-time same automated answers regarding surge of orders.
Majority of times while trying to order it shows come back after some time due to surge.
Swish not able to deal with scale is definitely disappointing, was a very big fan of swish earlier but due to disappoint experiences recently - I will look for other alternatives.

Misleading advertisement with 10 minutes delivery- that never happened
What is even more unacceptable is the repeated, templated response from your customer support team citing a “sudden spike in orders.” This excuse might be understandable once or twice, but using it for every single order reflects a serious failure in your planning, capacity, and operational execution.
Continuing to promote a 10-minute delivery guarantee under these circumstances is misleading and amounts to false advertising. This creates false expectations and damages customer trust.
If you are unable to consistently meet your promised delivery timelines, you must immediately stop advertising it and update your banners to reflect realistic delivery expectations. Persisting with such claims is highly unprofessional and unfair to customers.
If this issue is not addressed promptly and transparently, I will be forced to escalate this matter through consumer forums and social media platforms to highlight this misleading practice.
I expect a concrete resolution rather than another generic response.

Absolutely terrible delivery experience.
Let that sink in — I had to leave my sick mother at the hospital and walk nearly 1 km because the delivery driver simply refused to deliver to the location I had already marked in the app.
This is beyond unprofessional. A delivery service where drivers can arbitrarily decide where they will deliver and threaten cancellation if the customer refuses is completely unacceptable.
If this is how Swish operates, then the company seriously needs to fix its system and hold its delivery partners accountable. Customers shouldn’t be bullied into walking long distances just because a driver doesn’t want to follow the route.
One of the worst delivery experiences I’ve had. Do better.

Worth the money
Till now I have ordered over 10 veg and non veg items and have not been disappointed yet. Their chaats are incredible, omelettes, sandwiches, cold coffee are a must try. Kudos to chef Pavan. I hope they keep up the good work in the future with respect to all the aspects I have mentioned .

Quick Feedback From a Fellow Developer
2. In the product description, there is a “—” (dash separator) appearing in the text, which looks like AI-generated or placeholder formatting and feels out of place in the UI copy.
Product name :Salted Popcorn
3. While adding items to the cart, the quantity is restricted to a maximum of 3, after which a toast message appears saying “Maximum limit reached for this item,” but the limit is not communicated beforehand on the product UI, which may confuse users.
4. In the cart section, when using the “Add items to unlock deals” feature, the bottom drawer allows increasing item quantity up to 3, but when tapping the “+” icon again, the quantity does not increase and no toast message (“Maximum limit reached for this item”) is shown, unlike the normal product flow. This creates inconsistent behavior and missing user feedback.
5. There is a homepage banner stating “Get free peri peri potato wedges on orders above 349”, When the cart value crosses the offer threshold, the free item (Peri Peri Wedges) appears under Freebies. However, if the user taps Remove, the free item disappears and there is no way to add it back again, even though the cart value is still above the eligibility amount. Increasing quantity or adding more products does not restore the freebie option.
6. The veg indicator icon is consistent across regular cart items, but in the Freebies section (Peri Peri Wedges) the veg icon style/size appears different, causing a visual inconsistency in the cart UI.
Overall, the app experience is really good. The UI looks clean, modern, and well thought out. The UX flow is smooth in most areas, and the design quality stands out. The above points are just observations to help make an already good product even more polished.
