I like it but

I really like it but I wish you could decide how long you want to work and how long you want to rest for your circuit. You can change the ‘get ready’ time, but work always stays at 30 seconds.

It also seems like the developer has truly given up on these apps. I’ve been using these apps for a long time and I regret buying the premium version because two years later and there are no added exercises, no timer customisations, nothing new and improved on. Unless the developer starts making changes, the free version should do you just fine.

App lacking a few things

I love the exercises. The app needs
to let you know when you are midway, let you know to switch sides when necessary, and give a 3 second countdown when you are coming to the end of the exercise. It is too hard to watch the clock while doing the exercises. I do like the flexibility of building my own workout and the demonstrations.

Lacking some key features

This app would be more useful with a few handy hints, such as “be sure to keep your spine...or leg...straight.” Also, for instance, it says “get ready for Cat Balancing” but it doesn’t say HOW to get ready. Another exercise shows the model only from the back & you can’t see where her arms or other leg are positioned. The “V-sit” is impossible with the same size ball that works for all the other exercises. Etc etc. In other words, it needs more information & narrative.

Wonderful

I did a full body session one time, and I felt Wonder

Workouts good, app buggy

Going back to the previous exercise can leave you in a state where the app doesn’t allow you to advance to the next exercise.

Could use a way to mange the time between exercises with your voice since it can be hard to learn a position the first few times through.

My favourite exercise😊

It’s not only good for me, but I also enjoy workout with a Swiss ball. Thanks to this app it is now easily accessible! Also I like the fact that it is challenging! Thank you.
