Payments are broken, developer doesn’t care
I’ve sent them screenshots and bug reports of the payments (for import fees) throwing out random errors every time and they don’t even respond. App is broken, they don’t care.

Thank you for your feedback. We are happy to take on board customer reactions and will incorporate their input in future versions. Depending on the error, it may only occur temporarily and a new attempt at a later date may be successful.
Very worthwhile
helpful and well designed app which makes managing your postal service much easier and more efficient!
Bugs
Not worth it. It will give you wonderfully worded errors like “consignment not loaded” and a huge stop sign. There’s bugs on the website too, but this app is worse.

Thank you for your feedback. It may be the case that the login is no longer correct. Please log out from – home – blue dot at the top right. After about 20 seconds, log back in.

Very complicated and inefficient
The worst app I ever use for post services. The process is very complicated. You must do most of the transactions in the website for international shipping. They request you to login in the app for nothing. You must redo the process again and again. I cannot complete the payment as it requires you to enter to your payment app and then return to the post app to complete the transaction and never returned to the post app, and the transaction is lost. If you go to the post office to complete the process, prepare to pay MORE than the price for shipping displayed in the website. Horrible app, horrible service. Unreliable.

Worth the time to set it up
I’m an American living/working in Geneva. Swiss Post is excellent. The App makes it even better by being able to track packages and reschedule delivery. There are other functions which I haven’t used yet.
It takes some time to set up. You’ll need to set up SwissID if for ID verification if you want full functionality - it’s separate from the Post with its own App.
This process is required to be completed for each person wanting to manage their mail using the App. For instance, my wife has her own login to the Swiss Post and SwissID.
The App is still worth downloading even if you don’t login - but pretty much limited to tracking packages. You can do this on the web without using the app.

Stop asking for sign in. Once is enough. Use Face ID.
Great app completely destroyed by their “better safe than sorry” mantra and the fact that almost every time I get a notification about a parcel in order to see what it is I need to sign in. So something that used to take 5 seconds now takes 30 - not every one uses Apples password manager. Why not use Face ID if you really want to be over the top with security?
