Die App speichert keine Daten. Man muss die Daten bei der Buchung neu eingeben. Das Treueprogramm funktioniert nicht, wie bereits in anderen Rezensionen angemerkt. Die getätigte Buchung ist nicht in der App zu finden. Funktionen wie Door-Key oder Rechnung sind nicht zu finden. Aktuell ist die App ohne Mehrwert.

Treueprogramm funktioniert nicht
Immerhin: Das Buchen der Übernachtung hat funktioniert. Wozu ich allerdings einen Account benötige, wenn die Buchung nicht in der App erscheint, ist mir schleierhaft. Und das Badge für die Buchung wurde auch nicht freigeschaltet. Der Sinn der App erschließt sich nicht, denn es gibt keinen Mehrwert. Und meine DJH-Membercard (Hostelling International) kann ich auch nicht hinterlegen.

Simple features are missing
Simple features like order history, saved personal data for booking or door key are missing.

Very useful app
This app is very useful when book Swiss youth hostels. Very easy to use.
Only on German
The app only works in German and is useless if you don’t speak it. Implementing other languages shouldn’t be complicated as the website is already in French and English.
Not client-orientated!
App only in German. No way to change to French, Italian or English. No way to remove annoying pop up asking for membership card details, which therefore blocks up half the screen stopping the user from seeing any youth hostels.

Dear Radichietto. Thank you for your valuable feedback. It was always the intention to offer our App in three languages. This April we were finally able to release the App in French and English. Once you entered your membership-card the pop-up will disappear and under Hostels you should be able to see all of them. Best regards Swiss Youth Hostels
