Erstaunlich, dass eine app so eine schlechte user experience hat. Sollte entweder grundlegend verbessert werden oder sofort ersetzt. Die nutzung ist eine qual.

Just downloaded new version and cannot get beyond the first screen (no next no scroll).. resolved as i use larger text for accessibility the full screen is not visible (switched to small text and ok )
A recipe for frustration!
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME
This is the most frustrating, buggy, patchy, temperamental and inconsistent piece of software I have ever come across in the last 2 decades!
This is supposed to be the new version of the app that would address all the issues of the past.
Nothing further from the truth!
The app fails pretty much at every possible step without so much as an explanation.
- The initial re-login doesn't function under Wi-Fi, only through mobile data.
- The opening of the verification subroutine is stuck on a loading loop.
- Once it finally starts it hangs at the chip reading step due to no server response in the authentication challenge.
- Once all the hurdles are finally overcome you're faced with a non-descript error message saying our algorithms determined that this is unlikely to work but no pointers as to whatever original why. Only a link to some silly page of hints and tips.
I have never come across so many "general unspecified errors" in one app and such a short time in all my life.
If this harder to use than any app from a bank or Coop/Migros, then it's not them; it's you! Go back and fix it. Make allowances for low lights, reflections, connection interruptions, network changes and so much more.
Something that should be completed in under 2 minutes from start to finish, has wasted 40 minutes of my time and given me no hint as to what or why it doesn't work.
Maybe, if you can't process ID's based on EU passports just throw in some towel and say this is only any good for Swiss credit card sized ID's.

No support, does not work
I am locked out of other services too like post.ch.
The login does not work, also not with alternative SMS. Nobody answers emails for a week.

Not ready for prime time
This app doesn’t work. I tried several times to scan my passport and ID card and record a selfie and nothing worked. Please don’t waste my time with betas.

Unable to Verify identify
I have tried to verify my identity at least 50 times and spent so much time on this app and I keep getting a identity check fail.
It also makes my phone glitch and freezes up when I an in the app.
