2달째 잘 이용하고 있었는데 갑자기 앱이 열리지도 않고 겨우 열려서 봤더니 통화내역 다 삭제되어있고 고객센터 전화도 안받고ㅜㅜ
앱 삭제하고 다시 깔았더니 로그인도 안되고
7월28일에 결제했는데.. 환불은 어떻게 해야되나요? 앱 로그인도 안되는데

절대 비추

아무한테도 추천하고 싶지 않음. 연이용권은 엄청 비싼데 통화품질은 너무 안좋고 중도 해지도 안됨. 심지어 월 얼마꼴이라는 말은 크게 적고 한방에 결제된다는 말은 작게 적어놔서 결제될때 금액보고 어디건가 한참 찾아봄. 이미 결제끝나서 결제중지도 안됨. 구독중인데도 통화열람을 돈주고 또해야되는게 제일 어이없음. 그거 때문에 구독한건더 그게 안되는걸 나중에 알았음. 도대체 이 어플을 왜 쓰나싶음. 다른거 쓰세요.

2주간 무료로 사용해봤는데, 깜빡하고 취소를 못했네요 새벽시간에 결제문자가 떠서 깜짝 놀라 10분도 안돼서 취소했습니다. 통화품질이 너무 좋지않아 쓰고싶지 않습니다. 환불요청 부탁드립니다.
